Best auto repair shop in Parma, Ohio (OH) 2024

Harbs was great! I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. They took my car in on time. Once in they came out to tell me a few additional things that were needed. The things needed were things I was already aware of! I am very impressed with their honesty. I had to wait while they completed the work and am also impressed of how everyone that came through the door was greeted and treated with kindness. I highly recommend Harbs and am beyond happy that I found an Auto Service that I will continue to go to for all of my car maintenance needs! Thank you Ronnie and Josh! You guys Rock! I had a great experience at Gillingham's. I ordered a new Maverick from them and my salesman Bubba was awesome from start to finish. They always treated me with integrity and kindness.
