The best customer service, this company is great. I have dropped off tires for my cars to get patched, they get me back on road quickly. Prices are very good, but the customer service is outstanding. The store in Columbus IN really helped me out. When my small travel trailer needed a new tire, I called and they stayed open an extra 20 minutes until I got there and replaced my tire.

Aaron the manager on shift today did an incredible job today. He was really informative about my tire needs! He also made sure to retrain his guys on some tire issues they had behind the scenes. There are few places that I genuinely trust and will always take my business. This is one of them. This team absolutely knows their stuff and they've proven it every time. I drive a tuner car and they know that culture, they meet our very high expectations, and we are a tough customer. I also drive an Audi Q7, which is a completely different product, and they've kept it very well equipped. I absolutely recommend these folks every chance I get!

Went in after we had a tire incident on the freeway and met Chris. He did not have the tire we needed in stock, but he went to work looking for one. He found one out of Kentucky and got it shipped up to the store. I rolled into the store at 8:00 and rolled out at 1:30. As a result of his diligence and efforts, we were able to continue on our trip to Pittsburgh. Great service and a great team at this location. I am not from the area, so unfortunately, I cannot continue to use their service. But if you live in this area, these guys are the real deal. Thanks Chris!

I've not used any paid service of theirs, but I'd say that they're treatment of customers using free services is even more telling. They always have time to pair the TPMS on my seasonal tires, and patched a small hole I had same day, even though I dropped it off late and close to closing time. I told them I could pick it up the next day, but they got it done efficiently, even though it wasn't an immediate safety concern. Excellent workers, and prompt service. I'll definitely stop in if I need mounting service in the future.

One of the most reasonable places to buy tires. Great, affordable and actually usable road hazard warranty. They don't charge an arm and a leg for installation like the guys down the street and don't mark the price way up. I recently purchased a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ and there price matched the price on Michelin's website unlike several other places nearby. They accept walk-ins it I would recommend an appointment to get in and out quickly. Wish they had an alignment rack. That's the only thing I can think of where they could improve. Staff is great!

Amazing service. Went in after I had a tire blow on I75. And was told they had a good used tire for $75 turns out they didn't have a used tire for my vehicle so instead they replaced with a brand new one for the same price! Tyler was super professional. Will definitely be back!
