Waiting area was under a major renovation with dust everywhere but if you could get past that the service was great. That's the most important thing.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WHEELS HERE!! took some 28 in snow flakes to have tire change wheel was brand new got it back with a small crack and and a bunch of scratches didn’t notice till after I paid and asked for a manager and no one would take to me WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

Did not like this place. I walked in, boy no one ever came to the service counter...I walked out. All the customers that were sitting there looked miserable, actually in pain. As for myself, I just felt really out of place. The place is under remodeling.... They really need to shut it down until all that work is finished.

I would like to recognize the mechanics managers and salesman at the Miamisburg Ohio Pepboys. I am pretty critical about taking my vehicles to service garages. My experience at the Pepboys in Miamisburg really opened my eyes though. The professionalism and knowledge and the overall service was impeccable. I would like to recognize Clayton, Kamon,Tim and David. These men made it so comfortable for me to have them diagnose and do repairs on my son's soon to be truck. I now have the mechanics I will take all my cars to. Thank you

This location is still listed as an auto parts store and still represents itself as such by the outside signage. They have closed the parts side and only offer service at this location. Signage needs to be updated.

"It'll take 10 minutes to know if we can patch your tire." Hour and a half later "well, we can't. And we want you to buy all new tires at about 120 a pop." Quick Google search shows this is a common lie pep boys tries to pull. Just in general it seems theyre known for lying to customers faces to make money. Wish I googled before I came here, don't make the same mistake.

Fast and friendly employees. Everything was explained before the work was done and they went above and beyond to help me with my TPMS sensors. Very honest place to go for car repair. They only provide service now, the store area is closed.

Was in a pinch and needed a new tire. It was 730 and the place closed at 8. These guys were very helpful and willing to do whatever to make me happy. I was in and out in 12 minuets. Great fast service.

Terrible experience! I have a vehicle that has a mechanical issue with a window motor, possibly the regulator. I made an appointment for 2pm and checked in promptly at 2pm. I was told that it would be in to be looked at in about 30 minutes. Well, an hour and a half later it was finally taken back to the shop area. Another 20 minutes went by, I decided to go outside. I watched the "mechanic" assigned to my work order smoke a cigarette and play on his phone for an additional 15 minutes. I went back inside to ask what the delay was. The person at the service desk said the mechanic already took the door panel apart and diagnosed the problem. They were now waiting for approval from the warranty company to do the repair. That was obviously a lie since I watched the vehicle go back and it remained untouched up to that point. I brought this up to Mr Personality behind the counter, his response was "you can go ask the mechanic about it or take your vehicle" So I went and asked the "mechanic" about it. Surprise! He was taking another cigarette break. He said he didn't need to take it apart to know that it's the regulator and said he told the guy up front that. (I'm assuming he was referring to the liar with the sparkling personality) I then called the warranty company and they said they hadn't received a call or claim regarding my vehicle. Shocker!! Even if they had received a claim no one would know because their phone just rings and rings. There were several people on duty and not one can answer a phone. At that point, I was done. I told the liar that I wanted my car brought to me, I was ready to leave. He said "just a sec" Really sir?!? I called him out on his BS and he turned around and muttered what should be the pep boys motto with an annoyed "Whatever" Exactly what I was thinking...whatever! Piss poor customer service. I will NEVER step foot in a pep boys again.
