Filed my taxes never got them and can't find them.anynwere and some one at this place stole my money were is my money this has got my unemployment all jacked up as well this is wrong it's been since August and no tax money and they will still let her claim my kids again who ever did this

Did great helping me file for two different states since I live in a third one. Did terrible when listing me as insured when I wasn’t. Having to call and find out how to fix that with my current state.

Well we should have known to run the minute there was ppl there for tax problems for the previous year. They say they will handle all issues between the client and the irs which was a lie. The most their willing to do is check your wmr. I was told usually when they have a problem they contact the client. However, we instructed them there must be a problem when irs announced all tax credit refunds have been processed and we're sitting here waiting for our refund still. I asked if they would figure out what's going on since their our tax advocate and I was told by the manager to just continue checking the refund status. I asked him well I paid you guys to file my taxes because of the promises they made. I told him I see no value in filing with them because I can file with turbo tax for free and I can easily check my wmr myself. Instead I filed with them because they promised to handle all issues between us and the irs. He has very little to say other than okay. I called the irs myself because they obviously were not going to, and found out that my wife got 1099 the previous year. We filed with liberty tax the previous year and told them about the 1099 and they failed to do what was necessary and now our refund is being delayed this year. We were told in November when we finally got our previous tax return that it was taken care of and come to find out liberty tax did not do what they were suppose to do. So now my refund is late due to a liberty tax issue and they refuse to honor their promise to be our advocate for tax issues. I feel as though all they wanted was for us to file with them, collect their fees, and pretty much say screw you from that point on. I would not have even found this out if I wouldn't have called. Don't file with them because after you have they will not do anything to help you other than check your wmr. Next year I will save my money and file with turbo tax for free. Hopefully we don't have to wait until November again to get our refund. Shouldn't of filed with them the second time but I just found out Friday that the reason it's late is due to liberty tax failing to file that my wife had a 1099. Big mistake and feel like I was scammed. Save your money and go to liberty tax and if you read other reviews we are not the only ones who had issues with this tax service. Losing my business from here on out.

I've filed with Liberty tax before....this location is AWFUL. They're supposed to be there for ANY help you need when it comes to your taxes and communications with IRS. This location won't....they will admit all they will do is look at the where's my refund nothing more. They just want your money. Save yourself the headache and find a REAL tax office or do it yourself through Turbo Tax or whatever you want just don't go here.

Plain and simple do not pay these guys to do your taxes. Read the reviews folks. After paying them to do my taxes and they told me everything was good to go I get a letter in the mail telling me I owed school taxes. I called liberty and they cant figure out what happened and the only thing he kept saying is I didnt do your taxes so I dont know what happen. Complete B.S.

Charging $200 for a simple 1040A, 2 W-2s is beyond extortion. Worst is IRS contacted me owing $16. This is simple math folks, do not give this place your money! Like everything else in this town, rip off the citizens.

Went in and had a wonderful experience. Very friendly, offered refreshments and pleasant environment. Took no time at all to have my taxes done and the cost was no more that I had it done last year. I will be coming back.

Their radio commercial is completely misleading. They say you can get a $750 income tax loan if you qualify. However, when you go there, they have no clue of what your talking about and try to push the "$50 cash in a flash". Why would you wait till your W-2 to come in and file to get the $50 or the $750. It defeats the purpose of a "loan". Some people are just not qualified for these types of positions. Don't waste your time, you will get ripped off.

They lure you in with their 50 cash in a flash, then charge you almost 300 dollars. Then they promise you 50 for every person that you refer, which is also a lie. Yesterday, I personally brought two people in and the people pretended they lost my referral slip and refused to give me the 50. In my opinion, they're con artists.
