I went to buy water and gatorade before heading to the gym, the cashier asked me if it was for DoorDash, I felt a bit offended by that. I do not know why she taught I was a doordasher (no offense to those who work for DoorDash of course) I but I can think of one reason which i choose not to utter here. ~Souley

Fast and friendly service. At this Marathon Station there is a fruit and vegetable stand. I recommend if you want some fresh vegetables to stop and check it out. The owner is a super nice guy. If he doesn't have what you are looking for he can get it for you. He got this guy 2 bushel of green beans one time. I think it only took him to the next day to get them. I think that's pretty quick if you ask me. ~Darryl

Well we should have known to run the minute there was ppl there for tax problems for the previous year. They say they will handle all issues between the client and the irs which was a lie. The most their willing to do is check your wmr. I was told usually when they have a problem they contact the client. However, we instructed them there must be a problem when irs announced all tax credit refunds have been processed and we're sitting here waiting for our refund still. I asked if they would figure out what's going on since their our tax advocate and I was told by the manager to just continue checking the refund status. I asked him well I paid you guys to file my taxes because of the promises they made. I told him I see no value in filing with them because I can file with turbo tax for free and I can easily check my wmr myself. Instead I filed with them because they promised to handle all issues between us and the irs. He has very little to say other than okay. I called the irs myself because they obviously were not going to, and found out that my wife got 1099 the previous year. We filed with liberty tax the previous year and told them about the 1099 and they failed to do what was necessary and now our refund is being delayed this year. We were told in November when we finally got our previous tax return that it was taken care of and come to find out liberty tax did not do what they were suppose to do. So now my refund is late due to a liberty tax issue and they refuse to honor their promise to be our advocate for tax issues. I feel as though all they wanted was for us to file with them, collect their fees, and pretty much say screw you from that point on. I would not have even found this out if I wouldn't have called. Don't file with them because after you have they will not do anything to help you other than check your wmr. Next year I will save my money and file with turbo tax for free. Hopefully we don't have to wait until November again to get our refund. Shouldn't of filed with them the second time but I just found out Friday that the reason it's late is due to liberty tax failing to file that my wife had a 1099. Big mistake and feel like I was scammed. Save your money and go to liberty tax and if you read other reviews we are not the only ones who had issues with this tax service. Losing my business from here on out. ~Jordan

I give it two stars because everytime I go in there I buy mountain dew livewire or any mountain dew products for that manner and everytime they are within a month of the expiration date. And I don't know if they otvanybody else knows when soda gets rhat Close to its expiration date it looses almost all of its carbonation and goes flat. If you go to any other store there soda products ar not even close to thecpiration date ~Jeremy

Stopped in because I needed a check engine scan. They helped me out even though the clerk/manager was the only one there. I don't have any pictures for this stop. ~Doc

I was really impressed with their service their knowledge, their eagerness to serve their clientele. I gave them a five star rating, based on all of this criteria being met. Nowadays when somebody walks into a place of business, customer service that is, Is very hard to come by. I really wish other places could be fashioned by the experience I had in this AutoZone. Just took delivery of my very awesome and very anticipated Ford Maverick. Thomas was awesome throughout the whole process. It took almost 9 full months to get it, but at no fault of the dealership (ship shortages & supply chain issues). Even more important, the buying process was great. At no point I felt pressured. "It'll take 10 minutes to know if we can patch your tire." Hour and a half later "well, we can't. And we want you to buy all new tires at about 120 a pop." Quick Google search shows this is a common lie pep boys tries to pull. Just in general it seems theyre known for lying to customers faces to make money. Wish I googled before I came here, don't make the same mistake. ~Divine

They couldn't locate a hub cap on a 1600 cc motored Volkswagen ! Go back to automobile mechanics parts supplier trainer or try your hand selling women's shoes at JC Penny's !! ~Gary

The best customer service, this company is great. I have dropped off tires for my cars to get patched, they get me back on road quickly. Prices are very good, but the customer service is outstanding. The store in Columbus IN really helped me out. When my small travel trailer needed a new tire, I called and they stayed open an extra 20 minutes until I got there and replaced my tire. ~Geo
