I stopped in to Autozone right across the street to get new windshield wipers for my mom's car for Christmas. We have long been customers of this Autozone because it was there before O'Reilley's. In the past, they've been super helpful in showing you what blades you need and even offering to help put them on your car. Not this time. The employee just read me the sizes and then expected me to go pick some out and moved on to the person behind me in line. That's not the kind of experience I'm used to at that store. Maybe I was expecting too much, but i decided it wasn't worth the stress of figuring that out by myself. So I walked right out, and drove across the street to O'Reillys. The folks at O'Reillys ended up being 100x more helpful with about the same customer volume. For a 20-something who knows NOTHING about car accessories, I'd recommend O'Reillys ahead of Autozone any day.

This was the second O'Reilly's that I went to today (Beaver Creek) was the first. Both stores showed they had the Oil Filter that I needed in stock and after looking for more than 10 mins. they gave up and said the computer inventory must be off. I finally cross referenced a Motor Craft and was able to solve the issue myself.

Nice folks here. Not a lot of mechanical experience snooping then, but they work hard to find what you're looking for. Prices identical to the other 2 chains, but I like their rewards system better.
