Best auto parts store in Miamisburg, Ohio (OH) 2024

Stopped in because I needed a check engine scan. They helped me out even though the clerk/manager was the only one there. I don't have any pictures for this stop. ~Doc

I was really impressed with their service their knowledge, their eagerness to serve their clientele. I gave them a five star rating, based on all of this criteria being met. Nowadays when somebody walks into a place of business, customer service that is, Is very hard to come by. I really wish other places could be fashioned by the experience I had in this AutoZone. My hat is off to whoever is training the crew that works at this location. ~Ronnie

They couldn't locate a hub cap on a 1600 cc motored Volkswagen ! Go back to automobile mechanics parts supplier trainer or try your hand selling women's shoes at JC Penny's !! ~Gary

The best customer service, this company is great. I have dropped off tires for my cars to get patched, they get me back on road quickly. Prices are very good, but the customer service is outstanding. The store in Columbus IN really helped me out. When my small travel trailer needed a new tire, I called and they stayed open an extra 20 minutes until I got there and replaced my tire. ~Geo
