I was really impressed with their service their knowledge, their eagerness to serve their clientele. I gave them a five star rating, based on all of this criteria being met. Nowadays when somebody walks into a place of business, customer service that is, Is very hard to come by. I really wish other places could be fashioned by the experience I had in this AutoZone. My hat is off to whoever is training the crew that works at this location.

I went in to get some parts and tools to change the oil on a friend's vehicle (audi) Asked a young man with glasses for information on the filter, he replies with "your guess is as good as mine, I only know about American made vehicles". Dude, how about putting those little sausages you call fingers to work and type in the make and model in your system and just do your job. You know? the one you get paid to do? I've heard of racism, but car-cism?! Come on America, we can do better 🤦🤦♀️🤦🏻♂️

I started out by going to O'Reilly's to buy some LED headlights. They didn't have and wanted to sell me some fog lights. I said I'll run over to AutoZone I was only at O'Reilly's because of convenience. So I went in there and the store manager Damon for me that led lights are illegal to put for headlights great information so I got my new headlights the world was good and this is when he became a rockstar I walked outside to start my car and it was dead he went through everything that could possibly be wrong I got a new battery in and then the next day came out and checked my alternator 100% he didn't try to push any extra parts or anything on me he was very informative five stars is not enough for this man. Then there was Dylan he was very helpful with everything can't make sure out on my tools kept checking making sure everything was going well at the end of the day this is a 10-star AutoZone Couldn't thank you guys enough to. Our GMC terrain's battery died as we got off work and we were able to jump it but our friends suggested going somewhere to get it looked at. Damon at the miamisburg Autozone was soo helpful and was able to teach us how to change out the battery and even checked in on is as were finishing up. He was so friendly, knowledgable and absolutely wonderful in teaching my husband and I how to properly change out our battery as neither of us have ever needed too. He made it clear he couldn't physically help us out as that's against their policy, but his explanation on how to do it properly was good enough we felt confident in doing it ourselves! Absolutely fantastic service!

On 21 June 2022 at 11AM I visited the Miamisburg store. I had a full waste pan of oil to dump. I have been dumping my oil at this store for over 20 years. Today I was approached by a new employee who had a problem with the way I brought in my waste oil and dumped it. He told me I needed to seal the container? other than putting the cap on and tightening it I had no idea. He obviously had a bad day as he was mad that I had dripped oil on the floor. I quickly cleaned it up but his disapproval made me anxious to go straight across the street to the Orielly store. I am sure he did not want to be at work and it was obvious. I will no longer visit this AutoZone store

I appreciate how well they knew their product. I was actually advised NOT to buy something there as it was a bad product. (A gear shift knob) How many times does that happen in a store? Slim to never, most likely.. BUT He was right, I read the reviews after I left, which I admit I should have done before going in the store, but he saved me some cash in this instance.

I got a new car but one of the bolts on the back license plate was worn and we did not have the right tool to get it off. I knew Autozone helps people out with things like this so we headed over to the local store. Damon the store manager was the only person working but was able to quickly help me out. Definitely stop by if you have any auto needs! Thank you!

I stopped in to get new windshield wipers for my mom's car for Christmas. We have long been customers of this Autozone. In the past, they've been super helpful in showing you what blades you need and even offering to help put them on your car. Not this time. The employee just read me the sizes and then expected me to go pick some out and moved on to the person behind me in line. That's not the kind of experience I'm used to at this store. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the folks at O'Reillys across the street ended up being 100x more helpful with about the same customer volume.

I don’t know if Damon was having a bad day or hung over from the OSU loss yesterday but I came in with a battery that needed checked. I put it on the cart near the door and rolled it over to the side . That seemed to agitate him because he then asked what was I doing. I said my battery needed checked. He came out from behind the counter and grabbed the battery off the cart, set it on the counter and rolled the cart back where I got it. Not in a helpful manner more like I aggrivated him. He was very short and snarky. I’ve been coming to this Auotzone for 20 years. I won’t be back anytime soon. In fact I will go out of my way to go to another store. Very condescending.
