I went to buy water and gatorade before heading to the gym, the cashier asked me if it was for DoorDash, I felt a bit offended by that. I do not know why she taught I was a doordasher (no offense to those who work for DoorDash of course) I but I can think of one reason which i choose not to utter here.

On 1/4/2022 @ around 10:30am I had to battle the pharmacy tech on getting a refill. She told me that I didn't have a refill. I responded by telling her on the bottle it states I have 5 refills. I asked for my bottle back and immediately left the store and went to another Walgreens.

🤯🤯🤯🤯VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!Pharmacy shut down and didn't bother to call me to let me know that my covid test was canceled for me. So drove for 25 mins ill to find out no one there.

Pharmacy practices could need a bit of a update. They just seem ridiculous. If I would have know I would of never scheduled an appointment here.

Never in my life have I had more issues with a pharmacy. Out of stock medication, being charged fluctuating/multiple co-pays to pick up a 4 week supply of the same medication, MISSING MEDICATION FROM MY REFILL! which the staff confirmed their supply counted the extract amount I was missing, but REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE AMOUNT I WAS MISSING! Rude cashiers who don’t know how to process a coupon which I’ve used on every single visit. The list goes on. Do not use this pharmacy unless you want to jump through hoops time and time again in order to get your medications. Btw, I take ONE medication ONE time a day. One freaking prescription, that is supposed to be filled once a month. 28 days=28 pills. I can’t imagine people with multiple scripts attempting to fill here, the staff simply CAN’T be capable of providing service to someone with higher needs because they can’t even provide correct service to someone who takes one pill once a day! Absolutely infuriating.

In the 7 months she has been on it they have not made it on time. I get a notice that it’s delayed due to insurance and call to have someone tell me it’s not and they will make it the next night last month I put it in several days early so that they will make it like I always do. I got the notice that it was delayed due to insurance 2 days after I submitted it. I called and was told no insurance problem they just hadn’t gotten around to making it... in 4 days! I explained that she was out and desperately needed it. I explained she’s only 8 months old and she was crying in the background. I told them she had already started vomiting bc she was out and asked if they could make it. I very politely explained this had been an ongoing problem and asked them to come lease make it so she isn’t I’ll. I was told when they get around to it they’ll make it! Again with her crying in the background. I still didn’t get it till the next day. 5 days later!! This past Saturday I sent in my migraine medicine refill and was shocked when they had it ready in just a couple hours! I picked it up but did not need it till today. I looked at the bottle and it’s the right medicine but a completely different persons label. This label gives me her address and the medicine this lady is taking! I just thank god I let was the correct medicine bc I took the pill before looking due to a terrible migraine and it being a typical medicine I take! Now I have to wonder who got my label with my personal information on it!! We will never be back!

pharmacy staff was wonderful. i spent all day trying between doctors to get a refill for my sons medication that he can not go without. finally got the script and the call center told me they could have it by 5 i got there and the pharmasist told me they dont do compounds during the day only at night because they are too busy during the day. i wouldnt be able to get the meds until after 10 pm and he has to have his dose at 8pm. the pharmasist went above and beyond and i had his medicine before 8pm for my son to have. i could not be more greatful for their efforts and understanding of how important it was for him to have his medication. thank you so much
