They have the worst customer service ever. You email them with a problem or complaint and they never get back to you. Uniforms sometimes come back smelling musty and are wrinkled. That's if they come back at all. Constantly only getting 3 sets of uniforms back each week when I should be getting 5. You ask about what's going on and its radio silence on the other end. Going to recommend looking for a new company.

As a business owner, I find that a lot of vendors in general are getting more and more less connected with their clients. Adam always manages to work thru any issues we've had with new chemicals or replacing carpets when mid-week if something has gone wrong. Chad his manager has been very accommodating and keeps connected too. Thank you UniFirst!
