Very professional. There is sometimes a wait, but it's well worth it. Went in again today because this is my normal spot. I hadn't made an appointment, but I needed my tips and gel soaked off and a new overlay. Since my regular person Anna - the best technician there - was working with someone else, she had her husband do my overlay. Then she explained to her customer that she usually does my nails, and she and her husband switched so that Anna could do my polish. It's that kind of care that keeps me coming back. And, of course, the amazing work! ~Rosalyn

Scheduled a Covid test online. Showed up. Pharmacy closed. Simple. Send me a note to reschedule. Just not capable of managing a simple scheduling system. ~OSU999

1.Delivery man knocked on my door and within 10 secs he was on the truck and gone before I could even get to the door ( I was home ) ! 2. Went to store a woman working in the back who was mad that people were coming during scheduled open hours , was in back saying so out loud and was slamming boxes in the back 3. Was advised that my item will be there tomorrow , he took my tracking number paper and threw it away without returning to me 4. This is not the first issue with packages with UPS or this store, UPS is inferior and lacks customer service skills . I absolutely advise friends and family not to use , I do not use in my own business. When this place shuts down I will smile. ~Susan

Stephanie was helpful in checking on the items that I was looking for in stock prior to driving to the store. Once I arrived Stephanie assisted me in locating the items I needed. She also ordered other items for me that I use regularly. I truly appreciate her assistance & courtesy. Alexis the cashier was friendly and courteous as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting. Get a tetanus shot before you come here. I've lost the ability to eat White Castle because of how disgusting this gas station is. When I pointed out how filthy the restroom was the man told me he didn't have to clean anything he didn't want to and literally kicked me out for showing him the condition of the bathroom. ~Mike
