My cars front axle broke in the middle of a cross country trip. They towed my car, trailer, and let my car ride in the truck with us too the shop. I told them I wanted to take it to a Subaru dealership and they said they could find the axle, and put it on cheaper and faster than the dealership and boy were they right. I went from broken down on the side of the highway to back on the road in less than 2 hours. Amazing service from knowledgeable hard working guys. Wish I could give 10 stars Service: Part finding & extracting

My son was on his way from the Chicago area to NE Ohio. His alternator and battery failed him about 12 miles or so once he crossed into Ohio on 80/90. As it turned out, in the process of looking for a solution, he and I both ended up on the phone with Hutch's at the same time asking for help. Net net, Hutch's came through with a tow back to their shop, ordered parts and fixed the car all in about 3.5 hrs. I don't have any comparables but this sure felt like awfully good service. They were great on the phone as well. Service: Part finding & extracting

Hutch's is amazing! My family and I were traveling from WI to Buffalo, NY and our car broke down and needed to be towed 45 miles down the turnpike. AAA was going to send another towing company but a state trooper (who took my wife, our son, and her sister to Hutch's to wait) sent Hutch's anyway. Once they arrived, the driver told me he would tow it and worked with AAA himself to get them as the servicer. From the get go, everyone at Hutch's was so helpful and made this very stressful situation simple. The driver (I forget his name) was professional & friendly and we talked the whole hour drive. This was an unfortunate situation and Hutch's made it easier by knowing what to do and doing the work with AAA so I didn't have to. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

These guys are the BEST. I was taking my disabled brother to Wisconsin for the funeral of his best friend the next day when I broke down. It was in the middle of an ice storm and they were very busy. The flatbed got there much sooner than I expected and the driver was very kind. He took such good care of my brother and I. When we got back to the shop he personally explained my predicament to one of the mechanics - I didn’t know what was wrong with my car but I desparately needed to be in wisconsin by 11:00am the next morning. True to his word, Bucky took a look at my car after about 20 min. Three hours later, after a thorough investigation, he determined I had thrown a rod and blown my engine. I wasn’t sure what to do about the car since Bucky explained they didn’t have the time to take on that sort of repair. They gave me all the phone numbers I needed to gather more info to make a decision. All of the men there were so kind to me! In the end, I decided to have it towed home for repairs and they let my car sit at their shop for almost two weeks until I could remove it. What was I charged for an oil change (initial prognosis) and all that service? $49. Unreal. I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough! If ever I have to break down on the highway again I hope I’m fortunate enough to be near Hutch’s!
