Purchased a 2002 honda cr-v for our son from gregg/pleasant corners automotive. Everything with the purchase was simple and easy. I would have given 5* but there was a few things that should have been fixed /taken care of before being sold that I had to do.

I'm putting 1 star because it won't let you do no star and leave a review. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this lot. Please do your research on them first, I failed to do that before I bought a very unsafe non-drivable Volvo. The post claimed it was in great shape, owner assured me it was safe. Bought it, took it immediately to a mechanic only to have 2 pages of errors which included no ABS system, mileage tampering, etc. There was tape on the dash that matched it to cover up lights. The owner claims he told me there was $3,000 worth of repairs and that he had people there when he told me and that's a lie. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office - something has to be done about a car lot that willing continues to put people's lives at risk. Read the other reviews.... this is a common theme with this dealer.

Contacted the owner about a Honda Element he had for sale. We setup a time for us to come look at it as we lived 1.5 hours away. We went and picked up our kids from school because that was the only time he could meet us. We drove all the way there and when I met with him he said he had just sold it to someone else. He came up with multiple excuses, so I told him he needs to run a better business, good luck, and walked out the door. I would definitely stay away from this little rinky dink place. All of the cars in the lot looked like junk and the owner is a true piece of work! STAY FARRR AWAY.

Arranged to buy the vehicle the evening before and set a time to to meet to buy the car. Drove an hour to get there. The best customer service and purchase experience I have ever had with a dealer. Greg was so accommodating. I saw an 05 Mazda 3 manual transmission on Craigslist. and for the price I knew that someone would buy it quickly. Greg accommodated both myself and my husband with the purchase and safe keeping of the vehicle until it could be driven off the lot. Greg was honest and the process couldn't have been more simpler. The fact that he offers a reasonable warranty package on the car, you know that Greg has faith in the vehicles he sells. Don't get me wrong the car isn't perfect but it has a strong engine and has gotten me from point A to point B and that is what I needed for my family. Thank you so much Greg for a wonderful experience and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from you in the future. If I were to ever recommend a dealership to purchase from Pleasant Corners Auto LLC is #1 on my list.

I believe this is only the first or second review that I have ever done online, but I may be in the market for another vehicle and wanted to see Greg’s inventory so I thought I would give him a review. I have purchase several cars from Greg over the years for personal and business. All of the vehicles have been older models, but they have lasted for a long time. We drove the one back and forth out of state every weekend for several months. I can’t believe it lasted that long with that much wear and tear. I bought a 1998 minivan from Greg several years ago, and it is still running strong. If it broke down today, and I had to junk it, I would say I got my monies worth and can’t complain. I’ve just maintained the oil change, added a Bluetooth stereo system and purchased tires. I did have to fix the window probably about a year ago it kept sticking and then something minor to the air condition, but that is all that I’ve had to fix that I can remember. We drove it out of state several times and never had any trouble. I think Greg is very knowledgeable about cars and I trust his opinion, and because of that I call him from time-to-time to get his input on different mechanical matters, tires, etc with my other vehicles that are newer purchased from new car dealerships. I did buy a certain car from another dealer awhile back because Greg did not have that type of car in stock. I took it by Greg’s car lot to see his thoughts about it and he test drove it with me and inspected it for me even from another dealer. I purchased the car and have been satisfied, but bought my warranty from Greg. His customer service has been outstanding and I would recommend him if you are in the market for a vehicle.

From very first outreach until car sale/pickup, we had nothing but a great experience with Greg and Pleasant Corners Auto. He was honest, transparent and did extra legwork for all the questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. It is hard to find honest used vehicle dealers in the small market, but I would highly recommend Greg. He was courteous, prompt and timely with all return correspondence. There is nothing fancy about this car lot, but his prices are fair and there are no "extra" charges like you get at other places. I would certainly do business with Greg in the future.

Bought a used 2004 Toyota Tacoma less than a year ago. Took it to get the brakes worked on it and found the frame was rusted through in multiple places. Could put your hand through the frame. Suspension bars holding transmission almost rusted through--could have dropped out at any time. Very unsafe to drive and have been driving it almost a year. Evidently, the cars bought by this dealer are not thoroughly inspected, or if they are they are patched so the consumer won't know. Called dealer to see if any amends could be made and was not willing to do anything. Stuck with an almost $4000 useless truck. Stay away Update: I did not tell the dealer that the invoice said the frame was rusted through. I said the invoice said there was rust on the passenger side. Big difference. Had we known the frame was rusted through in multiple places and the truck was unsafe, we would not have bought the truck.

I've been fortunate and have needed very little repair on any of the ones I've bought, but if you haven't been so lucky, maybe you should have had them checked out first.
