I drove to this dealership from about 2 hours away because they had the car I wanted, however I probably should have kept looking elsewhere. I gave them two days notice that I would be coming down and the day I was driving there they called and said the employee using the car hadn’t dropped it off and it wasn’t even on the lot. The staff was very friendly but that really doesn’t make up for them overpricing the car I bought. I was told when I picked it up (two days later) that it would be detailed and the alignment would be fixed, but neither one of those things happened. I even asked when I arrived if they were done and he lied and said yes. An employee was also using the car as their personal vehicle, adding an additional 1k miles in the one month the dealership had it. This also was probably why the alignment was so jacked up. I had to do about $5k worth of work once I got it home, including new tie rods, all 4 new tires and brakes, new calipers, oil change, new air filter both under the hood (this clearly hadn’t been changed in at least 20k miles - I had never seen one this dirty) and in the cabin, new battery, new front windshield fluid nozzles, new front and back wipers, new tire valve caps, new fog light bulbs, new windshield wiper fluid cap, alignment, exhaust welding, and I had to buy new lug nuts because they didn’t have the wheel lock key. It seems minor but it also only came with one key to start the car. The salesman I was working with kept showing me his Instagram and really didn’t seem like he knew anything about the car. It has a turbo engine and when I popped the hood he was surprised to see it. And every time I pointed out something wrong he acted very surprised and it really seemed like he was trying to downplay the issues just to make the sale. He also failed to tell me it took premium gas. When we were negotiating price, he continued to remove things from the contract but didn’t even tell me what he was removing, which included the warranty. I should have asked what he was removing, but it was more his job to keep me informed. I would not recommend going here, but if you have to I would highly recommend bringing a mechanic with you to do a full inspection before even considering buying a vehicle here. Also check every little feature, including sunroofs, because one of the other cars I test drove had a sunroof that didn’t work and *shock* the salesman “had no idea” that it didn’t work. And if you are negotiating price, make sure you ask about what they are removing as the price gets lower.
