Korey Jones made this experience a very stress free event. I was not looking forward to going through the pieces of bedding to purchase another vehicle but Korey worked with me in checking the F150 on a tight schedule and was very helpful in accommodating me with my limited time available. In fact, every one there at Bob Caldwell I came in contact with, or even spoke with on the phone, was pleasant and helpful and not condescending or pushy at all. Including Angela and Mike and Brian as well. I appreciate everything everyone did to make this experience as painless as possible.

No integrity. My experience after buying a used 2019 Volvo from Bob Caldwell 2 weeks ago: I requested for the tires to be replaced prior to buying the car. The Carfax showed that one of the tires was recently repaired. It’s an all-wheel-drive vehicle, so they recommend replacing all four tires instead of just one tire. The sales manager declined, and less than a week later one of the tires wouldn’t hold air. I made an appointment to bring the car in since I had a 100 day, 3,000 mile warranty. I carried my bike pump in the car and added air to the correct PSI as needed until my appointment date. Anyways, the tire blew out a few days before my appointment and I put on the spare tire by the side of the road. The spare tire was under inflated, but luckily I had my bike pump. Prior to my appointment, I spoke to the service department again and was told about the cost of the inspection. I didn’t need an inspection. I wanted them to reimburse me for the cost of the new tire under the 100 day warranty, and replace the other 3 tires to match. Just like I asked for during the test drive. Only this time, my concern during the test drive was evident. They told me to contact the sales department. The sales department told me that they are not covering it. After they told me that, I decided to inspect what else the service department cut corners on during their pre-sale multi point inspection. So far, the engine air filter and cabin air filters were filthy and never replaced. Not sure how they could miss that. Even the quick lube places like Valvoline and Jiffy Lube pull these out and try to sell you a new one during an oil change. I have uploaded a picture of the engine air filter that I pulled out, next to the new one that I replaced it with for reference. After seeing that, I doubt that they did a thorough inspection of the tires. This was the second vehicle I purchased from them in a year, and my last. My previous purchase was good, except for the finance guy aggressively trying to sell me extra warranties. That first car was an EV and didn’t even need some of the warranties that I was being recommended. I declined all of them. I knew I would be an uphill battle if I ever needed to make a claim.

Excellent customer service! Nevada was super friendly and easy to work with. He asked us what we were looking for and show us everything they had in our price range. The finance process with Brian and the closing manager, Mike, was just as smooth. Our daughter is driving away so happy in her first owned car. Thank you so much!

My experience at Bob Caldwell was excellent. Within minutes of requesting info on a vehicle I was contacted by Chris Day. He sent me a video walk around of the vehicle and promptly scheduled a test drive. Chris was personable, professional, and there were no high-pressure sales tactics. He worked out a trade-in and got me in the car I wanted. Chris stayed several hours after close of business (on a Sunday!) to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. He even helped move items from trade in to newly purchased vehicle. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend working with Chris Day and Bob Caldwell.

Just finished up with getting my new 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo Hatch. What a freaking amazing experience! Worked with Jay Powers and Tucker Detweiler on the sales side and through the test-drive. Got everything set up perfectly. Worked with manager Joel Williams as well, with great success. Got things right where they needed to be. Couldn’t have ask for much more!!! other than maybe giving me the car for free 😉😆 10/10 would recommend stopping in.
