My experience with Daystar in Ohio has been fantastic! From the moment that I viewed the 2021 Jeep Compass on their site and spoke with Randy, to the time that I finalized the purchase with Matt, it has been an easy process with all of my questions fully answered! Randy did this job above and beyond, by sending me videos of the vehicle, as well as useful tutorials on the Jeep's features. Since I reside in Long Island, New York, and DayStar is in Ohio, dropping in for a test drive would have been a bit difficult! But, with the team doing the work for me; it felt like I was right there! The car was driven to my residence, and I couldn't be happier! The best car buying experience I’ve had. Open, honest and transparent. Paul was amazing! The helped me compare models to help find the best fit for my needs, and broke down and explained the financing options. They were not concerned with selling me the most expensive vehicle, but we’re more concerned with making sure we found the right vehicle for the right price that made sense for my finances. My Jeep Gladiator is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Knowing that I didn’t get pushed around, financially raked, or persuaded into something I couldn’t afford makes it all the more better. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping, as they will be my first stop in any of my future car buying endeavors.

Always a pleasure doing business at DayStar! Randy Byron never disappoints. Our family had outgrown our Highlander and was on the hunt for a minivan. Randy was one step ahead of us and had just ordered the perfect minivan. A Chrysler Pacifica in the perfect shade of gray. Once we got the call it was delivered they gathered up the paperwork. So we were in and out in jiffy. The whole staff is super friendly. I highly recommend DayStar.

This is the second vehicle I have had dealings with this dealership. And both times I cannot even begin to explain how this dealership exceeded my expectations from start to finish since we contacted each other over 6 months ago. I will say It starts with the GM Dan Millat. This man was professional, friendly courteous, and most of all his patience. This man must have taken over 500 emails from me probably up until this last vehicle which I took delivery on 8/25/2022. He still takes emails from me. I can see why this dealership business is booming. His pricing is fair and honest unlike the 15 other dealerships I dealt with before I found Daystar. While all the other dealerships were gouging customers Daystar gave me " above fair and reasonable pricing". I even stated to them that they will be my dealership until the day I die. I have already given this dealership referrals to a lot of family and friends and I have also spoken to some "YouTubers". I drove 3 hours and 20 minutes to get to Daystar from where I live and I believe I would have driven more. In my opinion This dealership deserves an 11 rating out of 10. Just hands down the best car dealership experience I have ever received while purchasing and leasing vehicles in my lifetime. I thought I would ever say that because of all the bad dealings I have had with dealerships prior to meeting Daystar. My sales Associate Randy Byron , My first finance Manager Jeff Reider, My second Finance Manager Matt Myers, Chris Gurganus, Haley Sucharzewski (Back Office) These people were so friendly, kind and courteous to me even when my New York Accent came out and I sounded like a "You Know What". These people just were fabulous. I'm so glad They are part of the Daystar Team. For me It was a no-brainer to have met them all. And I love The ScatPack.

What can I say Randy Byron did it again even while out of the office he made our appointment easy and smooth. He had general manager Dan Millat take care of our purchase. Had both vehicles cleaned and up front when we arrived so we could inspect which one we liked more and within an hour had paper work ready to sign. What a great experience! I trusted them in helping my wife build and pick out a new vehicle without my presence. She sat down with Randy Byron and he helped her throughout the process and ordered her brand new Durango just the way she wanted it. It came in with her name on the sticker which is a cool feature. I travelled over 6 hours round trip just to purchase my Brand New 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was worth every bit of the time! From the time I first called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle. Dan was very friendly and professional during the whole process. They offered me quite a bit for my trade in than my local dealership was willing to give me (which was unfortunate due to being a previous customer) and they made the buying process as smooth as it possibly could be, given I was over 3 hours away. By the time I got there to pick up my new Jeep, they had it ready for me, I test drove it, and then they had all the paperwork and financing ready to go! Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and smiling from the minute I walked in the door! I was in and out the fastest I’ve ever been at any dealership which was very much appreciated since it was a bit of a drive. It definitely was worth the drive! Oh, and I forgot to mention, all of this was done the same day that I called to inquire about the vehicle! Some words to describe this dealership would have to be honest, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best customer service! Especially since the past few years, great customer service can be hard to come by so it was very nice to see a company that still knows how to treat their customers like family! 10/10 recommend this dealership!
