Outrageous. Two stars cuz they are polite otherwise don’t bring your business here! I’ve been waiting for them to replace batteries since yesterday. Nearly 24 hours later they pulled the truck into the bay only to let it sit there while they go to lunch. I was patient and waited an hour after lunch break to get an update but still no one has began to do what they need to get done to help me get up and running! ~Stephanie
