Update 3 weeks later n $5906.00 Semi is done . It lasted 40 minute of driving n water pump is leaking all my water. Like a 5th grader can watch a video to out a new one in . $22,000 I have gave FREIGHTLINER to screw up things . There's a communication probably with these people . They send an email to my company when I'm the driver n owner . They don't care there was no reply for how many days . I called in numerous times to hear we don't take that payment. At any giving time they could of called my company. Was told my semi would be fixed on Thursday. Now they say they haven't even started to work on it after 3 weeks. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. FIX MY SEMI , HUGE NEW BUILDING WITH LAZY EMPLOYEES . Alot of bays with no semi in them . If you don't know what you are talking about you shouldn't be answering the phone. Makes me wonder what kind quality work is being done on my semi . In 8 years of driving worst FREIGHTLINER I HAVE BEEN TOO. DO ur self a favor don't bring you equipment here .

I am giving two stars for the fact that they don't answer the phones like they should and I understand people get busy but to listen to the phone ring for 2 hours with no answer and yes I mean 2 hours one more than one occasion I work third shift but then I drive up here while still on the phone walk inside the phone is ringing and the parts man is watching his phone on a different occasion I am literally standing at the window I've been here since 12 08 it is now 12 38 the parts guy has seen me standing here more than one time and still has not asked me what I needed or tried to help me during the day is OK but night shift has no care for their customers

Bought a day cab low mileage seemed to be a fair deal. Ran it a day and a half and the whole rear axel about came out due to broken and loose huck bolts and two broken cross members. Was told they would fix it in a days time no problem. 2 days later it got new bolts and the Cross members cracking and brakes got a brand new paint job and received a call that it was all fixed and ready .... not true they fixed nothing and wanted to argue that cross members were fine but thankfully I had photos before the paint cover up knowingly were sending me out in a unsafe truck they half fixed. After trying to fix it correctly for two weeks found it had a cracked frame also . Welded the crack ( there goes my resale value) and the discover they orderd one wrong cross member suddenly it only needed one . Still waiting on my truck what a fun experience

this place is good but they work with craftsmen who do not know what they are doing, if you have more time and money, come here, I left the truck with an appointment, I drove by there every day and they said. I was supposed to receive it today and the process took 5 days and they said we can't fix it until next week this is stupid...can anyone sort this out or do they need a customer status

Man they took me for 1000 dollars worth of estimates and it wasn’t even the problem I bought the truck in for!!!! My goodness please don’t come here and spend your hard earned money here

Every person there was very professional. They got me what I needed so I could get our customer and put the air bag on the dump truck. New place lots of service bays and bays for body work. Great place I recommend it for parts and service.

Anyone (especially truck driver [male/female]) who is bringing the truck in to REPLACE BATTERIES, should NOT be operating a truck. Good for you , Fyda , for keeping them stuck there for hours. Next time , teach them a more “profound” lesson . Keep them there for at least 48 hours😂😂😂

Hello, So many people has same problem and top of that they fix truck and it won't start and then they charge $900 Just to replaced the battery. Better go Madina truck and trailer shop. They are fast and reliable and reasonable price. Good luck

Nice people but make sure you have a lot of extra time to waste. Was told that my RV would be able to have an oil change done over a three day period as I needed it back on a certain day, today. I had other work I wanted done but they told me ahead of time that they may not be able to get to that. I agreed but they said the oil change would be completed no problem. Well I call this morning, the day I need it, 3 hours ahead of time only to find out nothing has been done to it. No call nothing. Then to top it all off, when I got there to pick it up, they had not even moved it out. It was buried three vehicles deep in a parking spot so I had to wait further for them to move the vehicles. I wasted 2 trips from Dayton to Columbus for nothing. Very frustrated and will not be back.

Outrageous. Two stars cuz they are polite otherwise don’t bring your business here! I’ve been waiting for them to replace batteries since yesterday. Nearly 24 hours later they pulled the truck into the bay only to let it sit there while they go to lunch. I was patient and waited an hour after lunch break to get an update but still no one has began to do what they need to get done to help me get up and running!
