I ordered a bagel and didn’t even get the bagel , it was just cream cheese.

Took over 20 minutes to receive a drink that I had to ask for twice. Not a busy time of day, plenty of staff that is Unacceptable.

The wait time was unacceptable for 2 drinks. Plenty of staff, not a busy time and 20+ min later and asking twice we finally got the drinks.

I love this location it's not just close to home but all the employees have always given me and my family a great service. Thank you.

I guess Starbucks doesn’t follow CDC guidelines anymore? Drinks are great, baristas are nice, and customer service is good, so long as you don’t factor in breaking with public health guidelines. I think Starbucks corporate should address this decision, and share the reasoning for breaking with the CDC.

I was meeting friends that I haven’t seen in at least four months and this is where we met. Granted I don’t drink coffee, but between the refresher drinks there is enough there for me. Plus I got some food as well. Now granted Starbucks is a bit expensive compared to other places, so you are paying a bit for the name, like Nike shoes or a Cadillac. This particular location has a lot of windows to give a bright appearance. And the staff were busy the whole time. They also kept the store clean and well stocked between the customers. I might not drink coffee but I can appreciate hard workers and a strong work ethic, which the employees here have in abundance.

Why on earth people continue to go to any Starbucks is beyond me! Their prices are higher, their coffee always tastes bitter and burnt - it is just that thing about 'the name' or prestige that 'everyone goes there'??? I love Dutch Bros - their coffee is smooth and delicious, it's priced at least a dollar less than Starbucks; my favorite is the sugar-free annihilator....addicted to it! Why waste your money and also deny yourself really good coffee?

Frappuccino was good as usual, service was friendly but I had to ask for my debit card back. I held the drive thru line up because I had my drinks but wasn't leaving until I got my card so I had to wait until they were ready to serve the next car before they came to the window and I asked for my card which was still in the card reader the whole time.

The best Starbucks in Meridian, and the only that serves draft drinks. The design here is also much more open for light to come in, and has a very modern touch!
