Drive thru line wasn't moving, so I went inside....they move at a snails pace...ridiculous!! The "manager" was just as slow...people waiting 20 minutes for a frosty!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever was working tonight 7/10/22 at 8:00pm, clearly was not doing their job. Leaning on the ice cream machine talking with other employees instead of taking customers orders is a joke. Please just close/turn off lights if you’re not willing to work.

Seats and tables very sticky and dirty .Infact I sat and got the back of my skirt dirty. My purse got sticky stuff on the bottom when I put it on the table. Other then that food was served good .All employees where working hard .

We tried this Wendy's after leaving a long day at six flags. It was the closest option besides the Wendy's that's right outside of the theme park which was over an hour wait according to the traffic. The second Wendy's we came to was closed for remodel. So we ended up at this location. Only a few cars in the drive thru but we noticed they kept leaving once they got to the speaker. When it was our turn, the manager came on and said they were only accepting mobile orders. So we pulled into a parking place and began to make our order on the app. When we tried to submit it, it told us that this location was closed and that we had to try again tomorrow. So after several attempts, we pulled up to the window and asked for a manager. He came to the window and we showed him what the app was saying. He looked confused for a minute and said he wasn't sure why it was doing that then made up a couple of different stories on why is was probably doing that. After saying he hadn't seen that before, he told us a tech guy was on his way to fix that issue. Nothing he said made any since, and before we left, we noticed that others were having trouble with their apps and leaving. We also noticed that the ENTIRE crew was sitting in the lobby area having a great time, because no one could access their app and Wendy's was at the time refusing to take any other form of payment. The manager was very unprofessional. Should have got his name. After the time it took to sit and make an order for 6 people, he could have cared less about the issues we were having with the app.

I eat at this location often, they are fast, efficient, but there is one thing I would suggest, they never give me a straw with my half vanilla, half chocolate frosty, just a spoon. Maybe something like a stroon would be good, a cross between a straw and a spoon, like a spork but without the fork. Really can't say anything bad about this place though, they're pretty great.

Victoria made this the best experience I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s Very kind attentive and on top of everything! She certainly deserves a raise. She’s goes above and beyond

Wenmar doesn't care about this store or it customers, several times this week, I've come to the location to enjoy myself, and have been unable to do because of the lack of resources provided by the store. These are horrible experiences that the customers are receiving, I really used to think better about wenmar. Things still haven't improved

I speak only on bacon breakfast sandwich, for $1 it's a bargain! Customer service wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. No friendly greeting or concern if you need some condiments. I don't know if the first cashier, a Caucasian female got annoyed, for asking for mayo and ketchup; because a African American Girl was the one that gave me the condiments; and she wasn't the at window first. Even with all this, I LOVE THE SANDWICH, so I'll give them a pass with 5 stars.

Hey, I realized that you were busy, but a “be right with you or a be there as soon as I can” would have been accepted and appreciated. Took another 19 minutes to get food. Hamburgers were cold and slightly undercooked. Fries were anything but hot and crispy. Disappointed, and I won’t be back……
