Walked in looking for an UTV and was promptly greeted by the receptionist. I told her what I wanted and a salesman came to speak with me. He gladly answered all my questions but explained that the Pioneers were on back order and there was a waiting list. They get a grade A for customer relations but it is really hard to sell something you don't have, especially if that is what everyone wants.

As I had been waiting months for my 2021 Honda Rebel 1100 at my in town dealer, I took a shot and when I found they had one. Took about a 2 hour ride up to them and they were all friendly and welcoming. They bought my bike loan off completely which was unexpected and got me a great deal on the financing for my new Rebel. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. Great team and friendly environment.

I bought a new Honda Trail 125 from this dealership. It was the closest one available to me, and I live in Orlando. I called the dealership on a Friday and asked if they could take a deposit to hold the bike. They agreed. I drove up on Saturday, and the bike was ready for me - keys in the ignition, literature on the seat, paperwork ready to sign. I was in and out in a little under an hour, and the staff was more than happy to make the deal happen. Overall, a great experience.

I bought a bike took it directly to them. I added some things on the bike and said if anything else comes up to please let me know so it can be fixed right away. They had it for over 6 months with zero issues reported. My rear tire holds air for a few days of getting the bike back. My coolant now leaks on any ride over 20 miles all over my leg and down the bike. They wired up the new louder horn I got without a relay it was directly into the wiring harness and worked once. Until I fixed it putting a relay in place it would not even honk more than once. Now it actually works properly. My dad had his 07 1300R's oil changed and fuel line filter changed and check all fluid levels. And they forgot to change the oil and check fluid levels. I had originally planned on letting them work on my 1980 CM400T. But after what they did on my 03 VTX 1800C, and my dads 07 VTX 1300R there's here's no way. I would Not recommend them to anyone else go here.

Very nice Honda dealership conveniently located just off of Interstate 75. Plenty of parking..even if pulling a trailer. Customer service on initial purchase was excellent. They stayed after hours to accommodate a purchase and not once did I feel rushed to let them lock the doors. Good folks to do business with! This dealership is definetely one to visit!
