Closed on a business day for absolutely no reason. Location in Westbrook is closed as well. Why? You're a bank, you are supposed to be open for...ya know... bankers hours! Plus Bank of America is the only bank I know of that puts REALLY long wait times on check deposits.

The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. The call center BOA has to correct the misfortunes of poorly trained account managers sounds as frustrated as many customers. In my experience it was simply the perils of starting up a new account. Steven, in this branch was nice enough, but inept in their own process. Don’t try to set anything up online, but Only in person. Sub amoebic single cell organisms could do a better job knowing BOA policies. If you can, take other’s advice and avoid this branch at all costs.

I even kept telling them i rarely use my account, and don't need one but that didn't matter to them. This also isn't the first bank of america i have been to where they try to pressure costumers into getting things they don't want. I am canceling my account and will never recommend this branch to anyone

I vowed to never use Bank of America for anything for the entirety of my life because this lady was the WORST. After I had left my meeting with Roxy I called customer service to close my account and they corrected the mistake and apologized that Roxy did not handle the situation better. Now I drive out of the way to avoid this bank location.

If you have an option do not use this bank. The branch manager seems to be the most insincere person I have had the displeasure to try and do business with at any bank. She was not only dismissive with me but rude to one of her employees who was trying to help me with an issue. She would not listen to what I had to say and continued to give me the wrong information. I finally left knowing that she did not have a clue and had to call the 1800 number to Bank of America to find a solution to my problem. Funny thing; the solution was the same one that the young man who originally helped me had suggested. I guess because I was in short and a T-shirt that I was not worth her time even though I am a retired Army officer. Amazing
