Employees were fantastic and helpful! They replaced all 4 tires quickly and efficiently! They all deserve 5 stars! The problem I had was with Walmart computer system it is absolute garbage. The online app canceled the wrong orders and messed my whole appointment up and when I got there the computers weren't working right to the point where it wouldn't let the guy enter my cars information. The people and mechanics are great but walmart really let's them down by giving them the worst system possible and makes their jobs harder and more stressful and it makes customers wait longer than they need.

I went in for an oil change because my usual garage is backed up for months. The lady said that I would get a text when my oil change was done. After waiting almost 2 hours I walked back to find her shocked that I was still there. She then said, "oh I put it in the computer so it wouldn't have texted you that way." I also get home to a dragging noise under my car. They had dropped the oil filter tool through my engine to the bottom and didn't tell me! I thought I had a broken piece of suspension dragging by the look of it. All that and I also found oil sprayed across my hood... Needless to say, I won't be back there. Service: Oil change

Well I brought my kids, and I paid a very lot of money to get all five of us in. Ready to have fun but the water was so cold it would take your breath away. We came in for the super bracelets, but they gave us the regular bracelets. The food is outrageously expensive and honestly not very good it's overcooked. But my kids had fun on the water slides but we didn't stay long because that's all they really was to do. it needs more attractions.

Every tire shop in town had excuses why they could not fix my tire. I could literally hear the air coming out of it. I had already aired it up once, I did not have time to be driving to every shop to hear we are backed up and under staffed because of Covid! Walmart got me in and reopened as red my tire in less than hour! They are awesome!!

The Auto Center staff at the Windham Maine location were the most professional, efficient, and empathetic Walmart employees I've ever encountered. From the manager to the cashier clerk. Wish it was like this everywhere.

Went to get oil change and tire rotation. It took over an hour and 15 minutes to complete once in the bay. Not worth the $5 price difference from competitors. Either they are not skilled or don’t care about the customer. A real waste of my time. It is even worse than this. I checked in at 8 26 am got my car back at 11 04 am. Drove him only to realize that they had left the wheel lock key at the store. I came back to pick up key, another hour lost, and talked to the store manager and she was not willing to take a formal complaint from me. Apparently you have to call a 1 800 number for that. I think Walmart needs to be more careful with the way it treats customers.
