I went through Amazon to purchase a pizza cone it took me to a third-party which happened to be OSgood tool and home goods. I purchased the item with the terms used good condition. The package came in reasonable time and packed well. Opening the box to look at my items I come across a completely crusted with old Dough wooden handle pizza crimper. The instructions were covered with sauce and other food product. I emailed them immediately after the third day no response poor communication. It took me calling Amazon and Amazon sending an email to them to get them to respond to me. In the end the final email I received from them was” sorry we should’ve cleaned it better”. I paid almost $30 for this used item!!!! I do not want my money back lesson learned on my behalf to research the third-party seller before purchasing their items. Lesson learned and may this help you.
