Chaos on a Wednesday morning. Only three workers for a million people. They were working hard just overwhelmed

The workers are rude and lazy. I didn't get my change because the cashier said she didn't want to get that. Granted it was only 85ish cents that's still not right and they weren't even busy. Just a super slow staff even when they are fully staffed they would rather talk to one another then help me at the register. I been going to this location for month and I'm done with it today. Keep the change you filthy animal.

Charred sandwich anyone? Not only was the wait ridiculously long, but the food was burnt and our drinks were not correct.

Horrible service on multiple occasions, definitely the worst Dunkin' in Southern Maine that i've been to. Drive thru attendants are extremely rude and slow with taking orders. Orders were also messed up on multiple occasions, even when ordering inside. Do NOT come here if you have a large order.

Painfully slow. Half hour (7:15 am to 7:44) to move 9 cars through the drive thru. I understand the uphill battle for help right now. Maybe suspend all the menu items that take the most amount of time to prepare. Breakfast sandwich was half warm half cold upon receipt. I'll visit again in a couple months and change this review if things improve.

Gradually getting worse & worse. Service is sometimes ok sometimes VERY BAD. My coffee never taste good. I never order food from this place but when I do it’s cold and unappealing. Especially the bacon. Back when I did pick up orders because I knew they get slammed in the morning, my drinks were not ready (had to wait a long time). Very unsatisfied. They look like they need help or need new management. (Pic of snackin bacon thats very cold and very pathetic looking) 👎🏼
