For a company who claims they listen to folks complaints, they sure don't. Tired of walking in to the nerve wracking church music. That should only be played know Sundays. I'm also tired of your rude managers and the poor excuses they give to customers. If it were my choice they'd all be fired and replaced with ones that are nicer and take concerns serious. That store manager is a nice fella and is very considerate and listens to complaints but one person cannot do it alone. There are two female managers there that are also rude and they don't seem to smile as they should. This place is just a huge mess. And they need more cashiers for the weekend. It's complete nonsense.

Been here a few times. Got my work boots here and other various things. Staff was friendly, no bad interactions. It's pretty clean most of the time but they deal with soil and feed and bedding and stuff so it's not perfect.

Great service at the Gun Barn. Quick and professional. There was even a new safety check that I hadn’t seen done before that I really liked. Unfortunately, the Christian worship music that was playing the whole time I was there was a constant reminder that I was surrounded by people who think I deserve everlasting punishment. I would have called it a toxic environment and left but what I wanted was hard to find elsewhere locally.

I love Rural King. I especially appreciate how the staff and management at this specific Rural King go above and beyond to take care of me. Everyone is always very friendly and happy to help. Stock is getting better and almost back to normal after the Covid BS.

The store was a little disorganized and the restrooms were HORRIBLE. I did not take pictures of the graphic filth. What you see is mild as to what they really looked like. I am a big Rual King fan, but this store could use a little help. I do understand there is limited employees at most places, but this was really bad.

Each time we go we find unusual and helpful items. Got most of what we wanted, but the baby chicks were sold to the person just ahead of us. We got either buy a different or come back another day after they get more in. We decided to wait.

Really disappointing. I purchased 6 chickens before at this store. So why do I have to continue to buy 6 chickens when I already have 6 . I want to just add to my flock. 1 at a time. But Rural King states it’s the law. But I believe you are reading it incorrectly. I already purchased 6. I just want to add to the 6. Make it make sense!

Our cashier #86930 was very pleasant an helpful. Has awesome attitude 😊 the Asst Mrg or Mrg didn't see name tag was standing behind cashier too change cash till. Is rude, never smiled etc. Kept talking too cashier as she was trying too do her job an be polite as well. Very unprofessional!. Store is dirty, merchandise not in there home department. Clothes on floor, off hangers. Not folded. Tables are hidis. Went to dressing room to try on a item. Clothes every where. On floor, walked on. The clothes dirty from dust shoe prints on them. Its awful. The restroom's are filthy. Womens literally stinks. Toilets with body waste all over them. It stunk so bad from not being cleaned daily. It's pure NASTY. Several other issues but it needs a excellent Manger. The parking lot is dirty as well. We love your stores but will never return to that one again. I will never recommend it too anyone. Sorry too be so honest but if the company wants too keep operating it needs help badly. Thank you & Good luck.😇

I dropped into this Rural King or some home improvements supplies and this is my first time ever been to this box chain or even hearing of it. It’s your typical home improvement store a lot like a Lowe’s or Home Depot but a little bit more on the rustic countryside. I’m sure that this is a reflection of the community that it’s in here in Circleville which is very nice change from the fast pace hustle of Columbus Ohio. As far as typical home-improvement supplies go they have a minimal limited selection but they have a lot of other different things like baby chicks never seen that for sale in a home improvement store before. All in all I can say they were equally price to Lowe’s and Home Depot but if you’re in the area this is definitely a nice store to go to but as I said it’s a little more on the countryside without the frills
