Terrible. Came inside, ordered two large iced coffees one with sweet vanilla, one hazelnut. Emery at the front counter didn’t know what he was doing, argued with me that there was no such thing as sweet vanilla - but it’s funny cause I go to timmies twice a day & every single one I’ve ever gone to has had it. But whatever that’s not the point I wasn’t going to argue so I just got a refund. Now I have to drive all the way back to Salamanca timmies to get a coffee cause bradfords incapable.

Horribly slow drive thru service at 530 in the morning. Ended up leaving without placing an order because I waited for 20 minutes!!

Drive thru was long and we were traveling through the area so we went in to get a stretch. Staff were very friendly and drinks were made perfectly. Thanks for a great experience.

Ordered 3 donuts, got 4 and 2 were wrong. 11pm at night so it wasn’t busy. Also they wouldn’t give napkins.

Stopped here to get donuts for my team. There was a line but it moved quickly! Love the fresh baked donuts! Wish they could come up with gluten free donuts so I could buy them for my husband!

9 times out of 10 you’ll wait 30-45 minutes to order at any given time of the day whether you’re ordering inside or at the drive thru. I keep going back because their drinks are the best around, and are consistent. I think they need more help and/or the help they have needs better time management skills. It seems like they’re always taking their time behind the counter & aren’t well managed.

WOULD EAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. WE DRIVE 15 MINUTES TO GET BREAKFAST AND COFFEE, AND EVERY SINGLE TIME OUR FOOD IS WRONG. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING RIGHT. RECEIVED A PLAIN CHICKEN SANDWICH WHEN ASKED FOR A STEAK PANINI, RECEIVED A PLAIN EGG ON A BAGEL WHEN ASKED FOR A BACON EGG AND CHEESE.. THIS PLACE CAN NOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT IF THEIR LIVES DEPENDED ON IT.
