Info didn't match what they told me on the phone. Prices were higher. It's better to go to Wal-Mart n buy the phones there. So much cheaper

Tina was amazing I have a flip z 3 phone and half the screen was blacked out in the middle and would respond in the bottom not on top she never gave up turning and tapping and finding different place to make it transfer to my replacement phone .she was amazing it took 3 hrs but I'm up and running. Especially after having the person that took my information the first time and screwed up my address and had to re order. It's been a frustrating 6 days but tina made it all wonderful at the end thank you Tina you are great at your job.
