Best furniture store in Augusta, Maine (ME) 2024

First, I had a hard tiime adding to.my order. online. Then when I drove up to the pick up spot, I could not get the app to accept my two orders. Then, I watched the delivery girl literally dump over my whole cart, pick it up, drop items again, pick them up and then one more time before she got to the car. She put my orders in the car but never checked with me as to whether that was even my order. I know people are new and kids have first jobs but it could have been a bit better. Maybe a bit more training for the new kids. ~Cindy

My husband and I are the type that find what we need, get in and get out. The sales reps are efficient when it comes to that. We were surprised at how it did not take long to order our necessities. We seriously enjoy our new couch that we got two years ago and now our dresser coming in today. Sales rep Matt was the one that helped with showing a dresser. With a baby on the way and me getting ready to be in labor any moment he was straight forward showed what was in the budget. Great customer service and Thank you Matt! ~Nicole
