The parking lot smelled like a poop diaper and after entering my debit at the pump it feels the need to demand that I get a car wash and sign up for their pointless rewards program. Not convenient. They also charge about 20 cents more a gallon than everyone else. ~Dan

This is the kind of place where you go in, people know you by name. Well, in my case- they know it but can't pronounce it! LOL Recent problems with MCB renders them with limited features but makes up for them with extremely helpful staff. Chris, a personal banker there, called my leasing office when my check bounced (for no apparent reason - you know how they are) and help me resolve the situation. They're so hands-on; every time I go in, all I say is hi and they get my business processed without me even pulling out my account number! One of the great things about Michigan is its heart-warming people. And this place just shows you that. ~Adventurous한
