Polite workers and clean store, but most of all GEOFFRY IS BACK!! The toys R Us set up is very nice and I look forward to shopping there and spreading the news about toys r us return.

Macy's has all others beat when it comes to mattresses! Brand names at half the price. The lady that helped us said she has been working there for nearly three decades. She was so friendly and helpful without being pushy!

Not much of a variety for mens clothing/shoe apparel. I did find a pair of shoes for a great deal, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1.

Worst Macy’s I’ve been too. The place was an absolute mess, the shoe department had 90 percent of their shoes on the floor all mixed up. You can tell that not a lot of love goes into caring for the whole store other then there first floor with purses and jewelry. What a joke of a location.

I came across an old gift card for $200.00, I called yesterday to verify it was still good and was told the amount was still on it. I was told to feel free to go to the store and use it, That I would not have a problem. I get to the store and spend some time shopping then go to check out only to have an issue arise. Cashier had to call the 800 number to verify, okay fine since I already called yesterday to verify myself. Altogether I spent 4 hours in that store trying to check out with the cashier, manager and the store Supervisor who all was able to verify the card is valid with $200.00. Ten or more calls placed because they kept hanging up on the store employees, each call was told something different and was told there is nothing can do for what they person before told them. My initial call yesterday I was told everything looks good go use it, the stores initial call was told the same then disconnected. The stores continued calls resulted in being told there is a hold on the card for one-week, phone disconnected, next call resulted in a 24 hour hold phone disconnected, then several more calls resulted in disconnection with a 10 to 15 minutes hold time each call back. Final call resulted with a response of 30-day hold, give us your email so we can send you paperwork to fill out and we will let you know if we will release the hold. I CAN SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH A RECEPT SO WHY IS THERE A HOLD ON THE CARD IN THE FIRST PLACE. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT EMAIL EITHER. NEVER BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE, EVER

Idk if it's the area or what but the employees here have an attitude like they don't want to work and made that they have to ring you up. It's sad to say but I find when it's a muslim majority area they workers don't like work and help us. I wasn't asking for anything extra just to pay for my items. I did have alot, but still, ring it up and bag it. I should have got the cashiers name bc she don't want a job Macy's. All together the store was disheveled and hectic. I like to enjoy spending my money and I didn't here. Go to another Macy's, this one is not it.

1st time ever in Macy’s, actually went here after going to multiple stores looking for items to match these boots (see pic). Not only did I find the tan jeans I had been searching for, I also found other items to make my outfit complete. Reasonable priced clothing and was able to find the plus size I was looking for with no problem. Had a lovely interaction with the cashier while I paid for my purchases. Thumbs up to Macy’s for my first time experience. Good job!
