low integrity, added random repairs. twice I came here for minor stuff, and they charged around $1500 each time. they start you off cheap and don't charge you first few times to gain your trust. then when you go back, they start finding all kinds of problems and charging you lots of money. These guys are the best. My dashboard was showing some issues with TPMS. It seems the problem was something else. They were honest and told me the real issue and fixed it. Highly recommend. ~akhilesh

Tesla has the worst service of any car company I’ve encountered in the last 50 years. No way to communicate; often propose ridiculous solutions to overcharge. Fortunately real car companies know how to provide customer service. I was going to buy a second Tesla because the car is good. I’m waiting for a customer friendly alternative. Tesla = $110,000 but no way to talk to the service department. I’m trying to think what snarky thing Elon would do to highlight the problem and get justice. ~Gary

The owners are brothers who took over their dad’s business. Both guys are nice and straightforward. They also have free wifi, so you can sit and work remotely while waiting for your car 👍 ~Ted

I am given a really good price in the phone but that price changed when I arrived for my appointment. When I explained the situation, store manager (Brian) did nothing to correct or help with the situation. Not a great experience and not expected from a known brand office. ~Ilker

I changed full synthetic oil and did tire rotation several times there for around $100, which was a fair price. However, the last time they told me my air filters for cabin and engine needed to be changed. I told them I can change them by myself and just do the oil change and tire rotation for me. They did so. When I changed the air filter for engine by myself later, I found the screws of housing for the filter were all loose and not tightened, which is very dangerous. There was no sticker attached on the windshield to remind me the time for next oil change. For previous oil changes, they always put the the sticker on the windshield. This time, I think they were angry that I refused to change air filters in their store, so they left the crews of housing for the filter loose intentionally. It was a very horrible experience. They don't have integrity. I stopped going there after that. ~Jason
