I changed full synthetic oil and did tire rotation several times there for around $100, which was a fair price. However, the last time they told me my air filters for cabin and engine needed to be changed. I told them I can change them by myself and just do the oil change and tire rotation for me. They did so. When I changed the air filter for engine by myself later, I found the screws of housing for the filter were all loose and not tightened, which is very dangerous. There was no sticker attached on the windshield to remind me the time for next oil change. For previous oil changes, they always put the the sticker on the windshield. This time, I think they were angry that I refused to change air filters in their store, so they left the crews of housing for the filter loose intentionally. It was a very horrible experience. They don't have integrity. I stopped going there after that.

Team Firestone and Mo, Both my wife and being in the military, we move a lot, by the time we develop trusting relationships with local vendors, we often need to leave :-( Mo, thank you for taking care of my wife's 2013 Durango, we had taken it back to the stealership multiple times over three years, but that cooling system kept failing... 1 trip to Dastgah to see Mo and the team, and he was confident he knew the problem... it took two appointments, but we got that SUV fixed! thank you so very much! we have shared with our friends and coworkers in the military! Update - My wife drove the truck from Sunnyvale, CA to Fort Jackson, SC without a single issue, AC still blowing cold air, and no leaks with the cooling system! Thank you for fixing our Dodge after 2 different Dodge dealerships could not - true testament to your craft! ** price was, of course, less than the dealership!! Mike and Maureen

Can be a bit pricey but it's to be expected in this area. These guys honestly provide 5 star quality service. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and offer you rids if needed; their hospitality is uncanny. Not only that but they also explain things thoroughly. These guys are absolutely amazing and I tust them 1,000%.

As soon as came near the shop, one technician asked me to stand outside - in the rudest way possible. And no one seemed to care even after waiting for a while. So, decided to walk away. You can decide if you want similar treatment.
