This Place has horrible customer service . Won't be ordering any more. They make there mistakes, seem like your fault. Spent over a hundred dollars. Called about a detail they left out. When you order chicken tacos plain nothing on them . They still add cilantro. My son hates cilantro. They wouldn't correct the mistake. for not mentioning that the chicken taco plain, still comes with cilantro. Manager is extremely rude and abrasive. Has no intention, on retaining loyal customers. BEWARE, IF YOU DONT LIKE SUPRISE INGREDIENTS.

I wasn't expecting much ordering 2 lobster rolls and a pappardelle with an nduja meat sauce/buratta and fried calamari, from a place in Hackensack called Mob Burger, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food pretty good but it arrived in only about an hour, after they called me twice - once to confirm I would be ok to wait 1-2 hours for the delivery and once again to confirm the guy had left and would be there in 25 minutes. I can only imagine if I were to order not a peak time. Pretty remarkable - and I live in the Bronx. Good service on a Friday night. Proves you can't always listen to old bad reviews.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional to the max. Never had such a bad experience with anyone as much as the people who work here. They cancelled my order. No money back. I order to be delivered at work to eat in my break and ended up having no food for my break. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! When i called to see where was my order they told me they canceled it. Not one apology. I wish i could go into more details but I’m so annoyed. I used to love the burgers there but after the way i was treated i will never buy from there ever again. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE INDIGNATION.. NOT WORTH IT.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Ordered a mob burger with cheddar and a badabing. Somehow the badabing came with American cheese even though it states on the menu cheddar. Called to get refunded because I can't eat American and they refused. Guy calls me back to argue with me again that it has cheddar even though it's clearly not. Why are you calling me back unless to fix the situation? Oh they also charged my us for 3 burgers even though we ordered 2.

FAKE REVIEWS ON THE 5 STARS!! The owners are 2 brothers, that don't care for their customers! They lost me as a customer, because they didn't want to pay $3 more from what l order! They said l can get any burger of my choosing. When l call to redeem it, they told me l had to pay 3 dollars more. Then play games with me on the phone as well!! Saying the where employee, then the owners! That l was not getting anything now! I hope you go out of business, for doing things like this!

Thought we’d give this place a try because they actually deliver to west Milford for an extra $20 and was TOTALLY WORTH IT. Got burgers, fried lobster Mac and cheese balls and the calamari. I couldn’t believe they even delivered but was so so happy they did. Food was so delicious and I highly recommend!!

Waited for two hours and the food never arrived. Called them, they said they gave it to the driver an hour ago and Grubhub couldn’t find the driver either. Grubhub was kind enough to refund me, but I ended up with no dinner.

Very unfortunate experience this time around. I have ordered from this place 3 times this year (2017). The first two were amazing, loaded, seasoned, crazy burgers with good quality products. A heap of Fries so drenched I had to dig through delicious to find them. This time around, I don't even think I would have paid half the 12 dollar price tag for one of these burgers. The meat was bone dry, I could actually hold the whole burger in one hand. You used to have to utilize a fork for the extras afterward because it was so packed. Everything we ordered came in smaller quantities for the same price. Overall Very upsetting. Had I known we would not have spent 70+ dollars on this meal and spent it elsewhere. Its unfortunate because I used to rave about how awesome this place was. Not to mention I was told 45 minutes for the delivery and it showed up an hour and a half later. And to top it off, they don't even accept cash....period. ONLY Credit or Debit and you have to give them the information over the phone for deliveries. Its with a heavy heart I have to say I wont be able to justify spending this much money for something so little. So long, and thanks for all the fish.
