Lucky Larry's Luncheonette

This is the deli we go to. It's not in our town, but it is worth taking a little more time to get to it. I don't have time to go there often, and this is the first year I've gone to them, but so far I can say that anything I've ordered from them is fresh, very good, generous portions, gentle prices. The service is friendly and reasonably quick as well. It's surprisingly hard to find good deli! We had one in our town I thought, but quite frankly when you see the woman licking her fingers while she makes you a sandwich, you tend to lose your appetite and desire to return there. I'm kind of glad though, because we ended up then finding this place, which is actually quite a bit better, and of course far more sanitary than the previous deli we used to go to. ;) ~Jeff

Mob Burger

This Place has horrible customer service . Won't be ordering any more. They make there mistakes, seem like your fault. Spent over a hundred dollars. Called about a detail they left out. When you order chicken tacos plain nothing on them . They still add cilantro. My son hates cilantro. They wouldn't correct the mistake. for not mentioning that the chicken taco plain, still comes with cilantro. Manager is extremely rude and abrasive. Has no intention, on retaining loyal customers. BEWARE, IF YOU DONT LIKE SUPRISE INGREDIENTS. ~Joseph

Village Nail & Spa

My nail beds are ruined. I just had the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years. I went in with dip powder on my nails and requested dip powder. The colors of the dips they have to choose from is a surprise at the end because they don’t have any swatches made. It’s a small selection of dip powder and you can’t tell the color until it actually has a top coat on. I wasn’t terribly concerned about that, what really aggravated me was the manicurist used an electric file to remove the product from my nails and filed down to the nail bed, this was such a terrible technique- she burned me a few times with the friction of the file and I jumped!! She even made my cuticle bleed!! Normally, only the top coat should be filed and then the nail should be soaked in acetone or wrapped with acetone on a cotton swab so that your natural nail isn’t damaged. I asked her to cut them only a little, she cut them a lot. After all of this she whipped out a huge buffer and started going to town! I asked her not to over buff as I was trying to preserve the integrity of the nail. That’s the whole purpose of dip powder!! These are my natural nails - they were long and strong and after her careless work they were left clear and weak. When she tried arguing with me and telling me my nails were already weak I couldn’t deal anymore. I asked her to stop and asked for the bill. She charged me $20!! Where do they charge $20 to remove nail product??? I paid her and she laughed. Honestly, I’m such an easy going person and It takes a lot to get me upset but I left there crying from how angry I was. No wonder the place was empty at 5pm on a Friday!! 🤷‍♀️ DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF. Service: Dip powder ~Valerie

Color Nails

After so many searches, I found my holy grail nail salon!! I just left my appointment with Hannah and she did amazing!!! She got exactly what I wanted. I can’t stop looking at my nails. Also the place is clean, and she does take precautions due to the circumstances we live in now. Thank you so much. Will return definitely! ~Ruby

Luigi Meats

Best cuts of meat around. Their prepared items are fabulous too, if you need dinner in a pinch. Luigi Meats has that mom'n'pop store feel. Quality cuts of meat - a little pricier, but well worth it. And, they aren't stingy with their deli meats in an awesome sandwich on fresh Italian semolina bread! ~Teachr

Sparta Taverna

My clients wanted Greek food so picked this spot. I called in my order to a really sweet lady. She was very kind and called me by name when she seen my name on the caller id. I ordered different items and picked the shrimp souvlaki pita for myself. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and the lady knew who I was. She went to pack the food and came back and I paid. It came to about $65. When I got in I ate and the pita was very good. The shrimp was seasoned so well. I will definitely return and had a really good experience. ~Des
