Horrible service. Checked online to ensure that FedEx shipped to PO Boxes, which they do if you ship via Ground Economy. Got to the FedEx, lady named Deja said they didn’t ship to Ground Economy. She had only worked there since 2021 per her name tag, so I showed her the website where it said they would ship via Ground Economy and asked her to ask someone else since the website was very clear that they provided that service. She stared at me, shrugged, and then started talking to the two women next to her about their outfits that three were going to wear when going out that night. I stood there for a minute, and she asked me if I had a physical address. I told her I did for one but didn’t for the other, she refused to ask anyone else but very unwillingly came over to help me with the one I had a physical address for. She was rude and snarky the entire time. Very disappointing. Edit: Spoke with corporate, who confirmed that I was correct that they should have shipped to a PO Box when using GroundEconomy shipping.

Terrible customer service. You wait for 15 minutes and ring the bell about 20 times and finally two people will draft out and say that they heard the bell each time but no excuse as to what took so long. Would definitely not recommend

I placed a print order today. I told them I was in no rush, I would pick up the order whenever they have it ready. Several hours later, I called the store and they told me my order was ready for pickup. I went to the store and the clerk began to ring up my order. She stopped twice to consult with other employees about my order. She came back to the counter and asked if I needed this order today. I asked if there was a problem. I was told if I pick up the order today it is considered “priority “ and she would have to charge me $30 extra. I explained that I did not ask for priority. It doesn’t matter. So my order is ready and sitting at the store but I have to return to the store tomorrow to avoid paying the $30 priority fee. I was not told about this fee when I placed the order. This makes no since and it is terrible customer service. I have used this store for printing many times and have never heard anything like this. I will never use FedEx again. I am very unhappy

The FedEx Office in Elmwood is always so friendly and efficient. Seriously- every single time I go there I’m always impressed at how nice everyone is there and how quickly I am in and out! Quenton helped me mail a package today and was such a joy!! Keep it up! This location has great employees.

Gary noticed I was staring at the envelopes a little too long. He walked right up and asked all the right questions. He helped me pick out an envelope, grabbed me a slip of paper and I was on my way in less than 5 mins!

The 2 employees at this location when I visited this time were not helpful at all. I really wish I have gotten their names. I was there April 20th at 4pm to pick up a large box of 16 bottles of wine. After I signed for the package, no one even offered to help me carry the package out at all. I'm a pretty tiny girl and it was pretty obvious I was struggling to pick it up due to the boxs size and weight. I asked if they can help me with the door, which the female employee did while the Male employee was leaning over the checkout counter smiling at something on his phone. Once I got out of the door, I was once again struggling with my car door, which was parked right at the entrance. The female employee immediately walked back inside so I had to put the huge box on the ground and open the trunk myself. This was the exact opposite of the experience I got from the other employees last time I was here to pick up something heavy. But these 2 employees this time should definitely get some kind of education on customer service.

Customer service? What’s that? Wanted to ship ATT boxes back to ATT. The girl working the counter clicked mouse twice and said the system was down and come back tomorrow. The fact that she reeked of pizza didn’t help. Seems she didn’t really care to do her JOB that’s she’s being paid to do and just wanted to go back to the break room and eat pizza. That’s fine, your customers clearly aren’t paying your salary.

Good god FedEx is hard to deal with. It is not this location's fault, it is the institution. They have an 40 is white man GM type that is VERY helpful and a great guy. He makes .the struggle of FedEx Office bwtter
