Horrible service. Checked online to ensure that FedEx shipped to PO Boxes, which they do if you ship via Ground Economy. Got to the FedEx, lady named Deja said they didn’t ship to Ground Economy. She had only worked there since 2021 per her name tag, so I showed her the website where it said they would ship via Ground Economy and asked her to ask someone else since the website was very clear that they provided that service. She stared at me, shrugged, and then started talking to the two women next to her about their outfits that three were going to wear when going out that night. I stood there for a minute, and she asked me if I had a physical address. I told her I did for one but didn’t for the other, she refused to ask anyone else but very unwillingly came over to help me with the one I had a physical address for. She was rude and snarky the entire time. Very disappointing. Edit: Spoke with corporate, who confirmed that I was correct that they should have shipped to a PO Box when using GroundEconomy shipping. ~Rachel

Good but not great. They are responsible in their prices but a lot of times the gate is just wide open and anyone could just walk in and out. Parking area for vehicle storage has some discarded old junk just laying around that has been there for months. Sometimes I will see some pretty shady people hanging around. Some on ground security would be nice. Overall though it’s a decent place with plenty of outdoor parking spaces, my stuff has never been messed with and overall I feel secure in keeping it there and being on the property. 24 hour access to outdoor area is really nice so I can get to my property whenever I need to. No parking spaces have electricity, which would be really awesome if they did. Ground in the parking area is very uneven which can be tricky when dealing with trailers. Overall I would recommend them, I’ve never had a real issue and my stuff stays safe. Staff is very friendly and the location is convenient, well for me at least. I can only speak for the outdoor parking space storage though. ~Andrew

Little bit tricky for me to get into but the people were xtra nice and that's always a big plus. New Orleans is still kinda messy after all the storms so I just take my time and understand the big picture down here ~Gregg
