Good but not great. They are responsible in their prices but a lot of times the gate is just wide open and anyone could just walk in and out. Parking area for vehicle storage has some discarded old junk just laying around that has been there for months. Sometimes I will see some pretty shady people hanging around. Some on ground security would be nice. Overall though it’s a decent place with plenty of outdoor parking spaces, my stuff has never been messed with and overall I feel secure in keeping it there and being on the property. 24 hour access to outdoor area is really nice so I can get to my property whenever I need to. No parking spaces have electricity, which would be really awesome if they did. Ground in the parking area is very uneven which can be tricky when dealing with trailers. Overall I would recommend them, I’ve never had a real issue and my stuff stays safe. Staff is very friendly and the location is convenient, well for me at least. I can only speak for the outdoor parking space storage though.

I closed out on my rented parking spot today because I was not satisfied with the condition of parking lot. Garbage, large boards and broken debris on and around my parking spot. It is also not a secure facility the front gate is always open and there are no cameras in the back did not feel safe. Also my sweet RV was scratched by my fellow neighbors more than once. They also doubled my rent space.

From acquiring the storage unit online, to getting my gate code and then coming in accessing the property to store my personal belongings the experience was seamless and worked out for me and my timeline. I appreciate the service

Classic bait n switch. Just moved in less than 4 months ago and then they increased my monthly rent by almost $100. Who does that???? I've used other storage facilities for years and yes, they would increase their rates but not 4 months in with a $100 rate hike. How is this even legal?

I would never rent a storage unit from extra space storage never again. The facility is dirty and filthy. After the Storm they did not contact me until way later after the fact. They let my stuff get mildewed and ruin inside the facility. The staff is very rude. I'm very very disappointed. And my wife is missing stuff out of her storage unit and she's overseas and they went inside her unit without her permission and her bill been paid in full. I recommend nobody to rent from extra space. Very disappointed

Nice and helpful staff. However, i will say... it is not well indicated! You are bound to get lost the first couple of times you try and find the elevators and right parking spot. Once you do find where to park, you still have to find you unit within the maze of other units in poorly lit hallways that smell like mildew and sometimes even worse smells. We always had to bring our headlamps as all of the lights in our storage hallway were off! There are no indication signs within the building to know where the elevators are, or what numbered units are where. So at first you sort of just walk around hoping it's the right way. Sometimes the carts were all gone from their spots and left outside by irresponsible customers, but it seemed no one was there to put them back, so we did. The outside has a significant amount of trash sewn around. The big fret elevator has been out of service for quite some time (over a month for sure) and the other smaller elevator is a little sketchy and its last inspection EXPIRED a YEAR ago. I am thankful that our things were kept safe, I just think that in terms of quality the place could make some arrangements. Once again, very nice staff, poor building condition. **update** apparently there is a light switch?!? Maybe a better indication and more obvious sign for this light switch would be a great thing, as we are not the only ones to have had this issue ^_^

Kristine was an absolutely marvelous help! She was so friendly, professional, and quick. She was also really patient and kind as I figured out just what in the world my company wanted us to rent, and she explained everything really well, laid out all options. Excellent customer service! The space was clean, safe, convenient, and easy to load. Highly recommend!?

Just rented a unit here, and Kirk was so helpful, kind, and polite. He called to confirm my appointment within minutes. He showed me the closest gate and easiest way to access the unit. Very friendly staff, air conditioned space, and great specials.
