BEWARE OF THIS PLACE A TOTAL RIPE OFF!!!!! FIRST OF ALL TOMMY IS NOT A WONDERFUL MAN , HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE, THEY TELL YOU TO CALL BACK AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE, BUT THAT PERSON IS NOT THERE WHEN YOU CALL, I HAD 2 PACKAGE SENT AT A COST OF $44.00 THEY WERE RETURN AS THEY CHARLENE PUT WRONG INFO , THEN THEY WANT YOU TO PAY AGAIN TO RESEND, ALSO THEY DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST WARNING. I WAITING TO SPEAK WITH JESSICA THE MANAGER, IF THERE IS A PERSON THAT WORKS THERE. SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! 1/26/18 , I went to the post office and mailed my packages with them, and they were delivered, with no issues at all, they received there boxes on 1/29/18 as promised, thank you us post office. there was a review on yelp, yelp took it down, as Jessica works there,

They charge a fee to accept UPS drop-offs. I don't mind paying the $2 fee, but they aren't able to provide any type of receipt for the package or even for the payment which is a deal breaker. Just seemed like a pretty sketchy place.

Printed my labels from amazon online (if you don't know how that works...you print, drop it off, it's free), never had a problem before dropping a package off to any other store. This store, however, wanted to charge me. Fyi people there's a drop off box in chalmette if your package fits in it. This store is charging people and won't explain why I had to pay after I told them about amazon.

Fed Ex and Google websites both have this place listed as a fed ex drop off point. They wouldn't except my package? They should probably take that off the websites as a service they don't have.

No ability to accept credit cards! Wanted to charge $2 to accept a prepaid Amazon return. Suggested I "find a UPS driver" to give my package to. Slow service. Friendly but...waste of time!
