Went there at 6 a.m. to get morning gas before I went to work and the person that works there was not there she told me she was running late but that's no excuse I waited 15 minutes and then she told me I still had to wait 10 minutes for her to get set up to get gas I was so frustrated hopefully they will improve this their sign clearly says that they open at 6 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. terrible experience hopefully this will improve

Price difference in south than west side. Poor area gets higher prices. Very sad. Even in store.

You do not have any paper towels at their squeegee stations. I asked the attendant for a paper towel, and she said she didn't have any. "They're out of stock at their warehouse because of the pandemic." Excuse me? You can go 1000 feet inside the store to get paper towels. My family bought some yesterday for our home. You need to stop providing the expectation for customers to use paper towels if you're not going to keep them stocked. You need to empower your employees to be more solutions-oriented. I know you can do better.

No frills cheap gas, nice facility, but someone should fire the architect and demand their money back! This lot (@krogers), it's driveways, throughways, and parking lanes are the most screwed up, make no sense, and dangerous pattern or layout of any lot I have ever seen! Be careful!!!

This is the only Kroger that never had paper towels at the fuel pumps, ever! Everytime I ask they say they haven't come in. This store is purely managed.
