Hire a different deli lady-Gina is rude...sorry but don't get a job in customer service if you don't want to smile and be nice to people. Last time I was here she was yelling at an elderly man...this time she put her hand up in my face while I was ordering! Come on....

I don't know why the GM refuses to fix the Verifone card readers. They never work. I'm a single person, I could imagine a single mother that had three kids with her, knowing she had money in her account & the card reader saying "Nor Authorized".

I want to support a local Cincinnati company like Kroger so bad, but this place constantly pushes me away. I’ve had so many bad experiences with this store, that I don’t want to support any Kroger stores anywhere. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with click list and the pharmacy. After a particularly horrible situation with click list we stopped using them and started using Amazon Fresh to have our groceries delivered. We still go in to the store and pickup random items when we need them. This was working out well for us. We also started going to Meijer, Whole Foods & Fresh Thyme as well to supplement. We continued to use Kroger pharmacy, but it’s been bad experience after bad experience. As much as I hate to say this, we’re done with Kroger. Today was the last straw. I’m switching to cvs as our primary pharmacy and will continue to use Amazon Fresh, Meijer, Whole Foods & fresh thyme for everything else. I wish Kroger was better. I tried so hard to support them, but it gets to a point where I can’t anymore. If customer service is important to you, then don’t go to Kroger. They’re still trying to figure out what that means.

One of the best Kroger I know of. Clean, fast lines w great service, excellent selection of alcohol w a liquor store, fresh sushi, fresh cheese section and good fried chicken. There is also a Starbucks w seating. They offer wine tasting events last time I checked and this store also has a 5/3 Bank and florist.

First time it this location. Came on to get toothpaste and apply for a Kroger card. Used the ladies bathroom. No toilet tissue! Handicapp stall did not even have a dispenser for it. The toilet had clogged and almost overflowed. It was dried on so had not been checked maybe in days. Disgusting. Proceeded to customer service to get a Kroger card and give a heads up on the ladies room. One lady there and I couldn't get her attention as she appeared to sitting on the floor after serving the person in front of me. I left the store at that point. Not the Kroger I remember!

Kroger has changed and seems to prioritize online orders. I waited more than 10 minutes at the deli with only two people in front of me. Kroger had three or four people working the deli, but one one was dedicated to the in-store customers. The instacart shoppers take up entire aisles and nearly run into people all over the place. Maybe process online orders from a stockroom or in a way that doesn't interfere with in-store shoppers.

This Kroger has really slipped from over the years. Dont ask for anything out of the ordinary, this Kroger wont have it; it has discontinued anchovy paste, capacola ham, bamboo shoots, waterchest nuts, a lot of breads like, Italian sweet bread. Frankly, I am looking for a new place to shop.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONNA IN THE LIQUOR SECTION SHOULD BE FIRED! I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EMPLOYEE VERBALLY ATTACK ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND OVER PURCHASING A BOTTLE OF ALCOHOL. WE WAITED IN LINE FOR 4 HOURS JUST SO DONNA WOULD REFUSE TO SELL A BOTTLE TO EACH OF US.

Kroger has it happening in the vegetable department. Check out this meal kit under $5.00. I took out the carrots and added 6 shrimp at the last minute. YUMMY for my tummy, as I tell the grand kiddos. One skillet and easy clean up too. Kroger keep it under $5 for we elderly and tomorrow night will be the Teriyaki meal. With another honest review of course.
