3h of waiting to get a door . Nobody cares about you here at all . Feel my self fully disrespected. If you are not “Dark Color “ you will get treated bad. Believe me. Place quite tight and not a lot of room for 53ft with sleeper .

Definitely not for 53ft trailers 😒🤦🏽, There are two entrances, to make your banking easier don't take one with sign that says employee entrance, yes you could go in and back into door from that angle but you will definitely come close to damage cars in lot. Go to second entrance that has a steep hill, can park overnight with about 3 trucks along that hill. Make sure your in 6th hole or shorter lol....🤣🤣 when get on property 😒. It's challenging place but not impossible,the route going to and leaving though..... now that's not for the weak🤣🤣. Just watch out for parked cars in right lane. Other than that it's not the worst place but it it's not the easiest to navigate. Bathroom is inside shipping office,no out house if you park overnight. Hope this helps somone

Not at all truck friendly. Lots of tight turns and small spaces. Employees Park all over. Unloading was fairly quick.

Follow the directions down below yes it tight and has hills take your time and you'll be alright I've been in worst situations overall they got me in and out and the load was a day late due to circumstances not of my own everyone was very helpful !!

This place sux @$$ appointment at 09:00 it's now 15:15 and still being unloaded. Sat in door for 1.5 hours before they even started. I won't be back.

This location is not trucks friendly. The people are not friendly. I will strongly advice you before you drive out there. No, I mean absolutely no overnight parking and make sure you have enough hours. The entrance is socks and bad 👎 looks like someone driveway. Good luck and God be with you.

The people are nice and thats about it. Dont book a reload within 4 hours of your appointment time here. This place is SLOW! I cant stress that enough, and it is not designed for big trucks.

Yes just facility is very tight and in a residential neighbourhood. However if you follow the directions that they give if you call their number you will have no problem getting here safely. The staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet! Thank you!!!

This place is definitely not trucker friendly. First you have to drive through urban Cincinnati Ohio to get to it. Small narrow streets and big heavy trucks were never met to be together. Secondly, the warehouse sits up on a hill overlooking many homes and several small businesses. And thirdly, and perhaps most ridiculous of all, there are no street signs directing you to to appropriate driveway, as Zuanenburg has 2 of them. An entry and an exit. You simply have to make a guess as to which driveway to take. As I found out, if you pick wrong, there is no room to turn around up on the hill, as cars and trailers are everywhere. The driveway to the south is the entrance. But no one tells you until you check in at the office. Good luck.
