Very pleasant and helpful employees. I am sure it was time to stock but there was stuff everywhere. I found most of the items I was seeking. This place could use a little TLC for cleaning.

I recently moved into this area and started going to this dollar tree. The first time I went was a Tuesday afternoon, the second I stepped into this store I felt judged. The look from the cashier was a look of judgement, it truly made me feel uncomfortable. As I was cashing out the women threw my things in an unorganized manner, as if she had something against me. I felt discriminated against. I thought it might have just been a coincidence but I went the week after and I got the same treatment, there was also a man there. He did not put a stop to her attitude, he went along with it. I don’t recommend coming to this store, I gave it multiple tries and got no improvement. I am highly disappointed.

I highly suggest not shopping this store as I sat and witnessed the cashier after the customer walked away print her reciept and discuss very loudly her foodstamp balance even going as far as taking a picture of the reciept and posting it online and calling her friends while on the clock and discussing the balance. First of all it was none of her business nor the business of everyone in The store or her friends and internet very unprofessional and the management allowed it to happen

It was a mess. I went in to pick up some items. I asked the cashier where the tape was, she said in front of me. It was not! The wrapping paper was in front of me, another shopper got out of line and walked down to the end of the boxes to grab me two. The girl (cashier) needs to do better and with customer service. She assumed a lot of stuff which is inaccurate and ignorant. She needs to know the definition of "in front", not assume I had a daughter and the wrapping paper was for a boy and not assume "a lot of gifts" when Dollar Tree wrapping paper only wraps 1-2 gifts. She is very ignorant, please do a workshop for them in Customer Service and keeping their mouth shut assuming, maybe ask more questions.

I always can get great cards, gift bags and holiday decorations but I would LOVE if they would close early one day and get the entire crew to vacuum and clean up and it would make all the difference in the world. PLEASE clean up and make our Finneytown location one of the nicer locations!!!

Nicest Dollar Tree I've been in. Well stocked. Lots of variety. NOT very sanitary though. Not enforcing masks, no public sanitizing stations, not even hand sanitizer at the register ... I don't know if I can go back amid a pandemic ... Real shame they don't have more precautions in place or I would give it 5 stars.
