This place is absolutely worthless. They are never Available when u need them. A TOTAL waste of money. And a RED FLAG for serious negligence for ur dog. Staff is careless. Sad I wasted my money and went three times in 2years.

This is the only place I take my fur babies and know they will be taken care of and loved. Everyone on staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. What I love most is they remember who you are by name and they know your fur baby too. Best place ever!

When I identified that one of the medicines worked independent of the others, the vet refused to write the prescription unless I bought a high dosage which cost double a slightly lesser dosage. When I asked what could be done about the growth, they said it would likely lead to amputation at a specialty surgeon. I'm sorry but amputating anything on a 15 year old lab mix is a manipulative cash grab. Goodbye!

When I spoke with Aria on getting an appointment for my dog and what is needed, she was helpful, informative, and I never felt pressure to have to do any test or felt like they were trying to make me spend my money. I also told her how I had an anxious dog around other pets and she assured me that they will prepare for our visit so he goes straight into a room to avoid any conflicts. They were very understanding and willing to work with me despite the fact that I ended up being unprepared for my appointment, allowed me to bring in paperwork later and even provide them with information later to add to my kittens file. Acceptable but not an awesome experience, they appear to treat the animals well. Getting appointments is hard but no harder than anywhere else. Prices seem ok but not cheap. Reception staff range from very helpful to kind of defensive. It's very busy so I don't blame them. So yeah, overall acceptable but lower prices, less wait time and less staff anxiety would make it a better experience.
