Best pharmacy in Snellville, Georgia (GA) 2024

My doctor called medication at 9 am. I called throughout the day make sure its covered. At 6 pm I show up and pharmacist said they have to order it. They waited 9 hours to tell me that. I could have transferred it. Poor customer service leads to poor patient outcomes. I have to suffer for one more day. Unacceptable. There are 2 techs helping out. Learn to delegate.If she would be more efficient and customer service oriented , my experience would have been better. Too busy is not an excuse. Its poor performance. They need more customer training because there a bunch of better places to go get meds. ~O

Very knowledgeable patience informative with their own ideas anything that would help you to feel better always asking if you need consultation no matter how long you have been taken the medication always saying any questions especially the female that works back there the older lady ~C

If you want to have an aneurysm, go to the @SamsClub on Scenic HWY. They will lie to you, cheat you, screw you and not fill an important prescription that has been sitting there for a week.
