Had a very bad experience here with color and highlights.. I went twice to the salon and I looked like a Skunk. The second time I went the girl couldn’t correct the damage she had done to my hair. She never even dried my hair and I left the salon with wet hair.. how can you tell if the colors corrected if they don’t dry your hair.. I never went back because they you don’t know how to color and highlight hair.. Service: Hair coloring

Everything was great when I walked in, she was on time. But, then when she took me to the back to perform my full set lash extensions, the room was not cleaned the bed was messed up from the previous clint. There was also; a left over lash stuck to the blank where I helped her make. As she was getting started I asked her if she’d been doing lashes for awhile? She told me she had but; she had only been there for 2 weeks. I gave her the benefit of the doubt everyone has to start somewhere. When she was done, my lashes looked awful nothing like I explained to her, wanting long natural and a little fuller. She had gaps, and separated nothing looked even not sure if she was giving me different lengths or what. So, I asked if she could get her manager, the manager could see where the issue was in the gaps so, I had her try and fix it after the manager had to explain. After she was done she filled in some of the gaps at that point I was ready to leave it just wasn’t worth it no more. I’m so disappointed in this place was expecting a little better quality than I got. I will say the young lady was super sweet I felt a little bad for her when she seemed dissatisfied herself that I wasn’t happy. But, won’t go back now I’ll need to find someone to fix this mess and pay more money. This isn’t right!!! Displeased customer.

Love this place. Michelle, the owner and my stylist, is the best. Love the atmosphere. Its very clean and she is very serious about covid19 and keeps her salon sanitized.

I qualify as elderly, so with that, I can say I've had a lifetime of hair cuts. And too, have been to good salons, and not so good salons!! Ball Ground Beauty Spot GREAT Anyone looking for a great, incredibly great hair cut should check-in at this hair salon. Michelle, the owner, cut my hair. She listened to my thoughts and looked at the hair choices that I brought in- and proceeded.... Washed head of hair, I sat in the chair... Michelle designed my hair style to fit my head; scrunched, snipped, cut and trimmed.. until she/we arrived at the perfect cut!! Thank you for my hair cut 💇♀️ designed specifically for me.

This is a wonderful salon, everyone is so friendly and they make you feel fabulous! Shannon did a wonderful coloring on my hair. Especially since I wanted a purple thru out....I have had so many compliments on the color....thank you all so much!

I absolutely love the service here. Michelle, the owner and amazing hairstylist is my person. You truly feel very special when you sit in her chair. She listens and delivers on your expectations. I have never left her salon disappointed. Michelle will go out of her way to ensure you are satisfied with the services you are receiving. She will suggest colors and styles and tell you what will work and what will not. Honesty is her policy and she will never steer you wrong when it comes to your hair. The laughter shared in her salon is definitely a plus. I look forward to my hair appointments not only to get rid of my gray but also to have girl time.

Michelle has been doing my hair for years and years...She is always cheerful and listens to what I want done. The new location in Ball Ground is so cute and it is like taking a mini vacation when visiting. The historic house is charming. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reasonably priced salon with expert stylists. Ball Ground has a salon that can hold it's own with the fancy high priced salons in Atlanta!
