These guys are awesome! They greet everyone who enters the shop. They have acrylic dividers and wear masks. They take the time to explain what they are going to do with your car, how long it will take and how much it will cost. The waiting room is comfortable with chairs placed 6 feet apart. I had an oil change and came back to replace a headlight. I had my rear brakes replaced at another shop which told me that I also needed the front brakes replaced but when College Park Tires checked my front brakes they said that I had 60% left on my brakes. So nice to have found an honest shop!!!

May 5, 2022, my son went to College Park Tire & Auto to get four brand new tires, new brakes and rotors all around, and it seemed to be a pleasant experience for him. I needed brakes and was taking a road trip on May 7, 2022, so I decided to go there and called on May 6, 2022. From the initial call to when my service was complete, this was the best customer service I've experienced. The men working there are very personable and respectful. I highly recommend them and will definitely go there for my future automotive repair.

I went there for an oil change. I took them the oil I wanted used. They stole my oil and used their own, which I sure was cheaper than the synthetic oil I had purchased. On top of that, they gave me the car back with too much oil in it. I'm not going to let them even do my emission inspections again. World class service my eye!

On 3/21 my niece and I were driving from Louisiana to North Carolina. We had a blow out on the interstate around Atlanta, just before 5pm. While the spare was being put on, we started to google search tire stores. We weren’t familiar with the area so we called all of the large chain tire stores. Some didn’t have the tire in stock, and the others were just willing to sell me the tire ($240-$300) but not put it on my vehicle??! College Park Tire and Auto was our saving grace!!!! We were minutes away from closing time, Thaddeus answered the phone and told us just to come in and he would do his best to take care of us. Not only did they have the tire I needed (ONE left in stock) but they also put it on for us and did so without seeming bothered they were there well past closing time. The total for the new tire and service was less than $150. Thank you SO SO much for everything you did for us that day!!

Poor communication!!! Wasted time for no reason. I originally asked them to check my brakes due to a squeaking noise I was hearing. They informed me everything was ok and they didn’t hear anything. Fast forward…. A week later I’m dealing with the same issue and all of a sudden they found a problem in the front AND back brakes. This means that during my original visit, they didn’t check ANYTHING!!! Doing half work to charge full prices isn’t good.

These days hard to find excellent professional customer service - Mr White and especially his daughter sharp! I called to get my tire fixed and they took great care of everything and you can tell they strive for perfection. I will be back even if I have to drive all the way to the south side.
