Not sure how well you can tell from the attached photos, but I got a 12 piece bucket, all of which were pink in the middle. I came here before and ended up finding feathers on a piece of chicken, figured I’d give it one more shot, but this is where I draw the line. This is just down right dangerous. A feather is one thing, but serving raw chicken, even if slightly raw, is incredibly ridiculous. Never had problems at a kfc like this one has given. Will never be getting my business again, and to those reading this, check your food from here before you eat it.

What a joke!! I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders meal. What I got was 4 pieces of burnt meat. So while waiting for a fresh order, I went to the rest room and found no soap, paper towels or toilet paper. Please- Department of Public Health - CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN

I like the remodel, pcs away this city three years ago do it was nice to see it remodeled . Service was fast and they actually had 3 chicken pot pies, that is nit normal at any KFC we have been to!!

Safe to say I caught them on a bad night. I really can’t believe I payed $23 for this. I’ve never had this issue before and I’m unsure if they have a new line up of cooks or something but i highly recommend looking somewhere else for food.

5☆ ratings I have given which is not an easy rating to obtain from me but I have to say from placing my order to getting the correct order, everything we ordered was great and honestly rare these days especially at a fast food establishment... only issue I have is the drive thru line, OH MY GOODNESS so crowded and pretty Ling wait time but hey that ANY drive thru on Hinesville Ga, garsg anywhere ha go is like that... Good food, good quality and friendly service indeed...

KFC's Free Chicken Sandwich with the app download and account creation did not work. Hope that even though I purchased over 30 dollars of food, the manage would include the sandwich. Unfortunately, they were as clueless about the promotion as I was, saying that I needed to make the purchase online when it did not say so in the fine print out the promotion handout. The dinning room was very clean looking. The service a little slow.

Ordered food and, upon giving money to the girl, she returned my change, dropping roughly .83 on ground instead of placing in my hand. After informing her, she said she knew she did. Asked me to pull forward. Didn't offer to correct issue. Worst service I ever had.

Decided to get kfc for the first time in a good while. Went and ate one piece and when you get another and notice a long piece of something on it. I took off the breeding to find that it was indeed a feather. How hard it it to make sure there’s no feathers on a piece of chicken before you cook it and give it to a customer. Kinda ruined my appetite for the night…will go to a different location if I ever get a hair to get kfc again.
