This is the most horrendous bank we have ever worked with and has costed us many wasted hours and tears due to their next-level incredibly poor customer service and ability to perform basic bank tasks. The most recent catastrophe was when we needed to wire our down payment for our new home. They had protocols in place that were going to force us to wait 5-10 days before we could transfer the necessary funds. We found a way around this obstacle, but then their entire server went down. They are going to close now for the long weekend and we are now without a home for the Memorial Day weekend. If you wnjoy wasting your time, not being able to access your money, and terrible customer service, I would recommend America First. This is the most unfortunate and unreliable bank and I will never recommend this bank to anyone.

Out of all the times we have gone here we have had exceptional service. We only had one teller cranky with us and she seemed to be completely alone handing a full drive through. I love this credit union ... and this location!

Constantly understaffed. I’m the only car in the drive through and I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes without any help. This happens ALL THE TIME at this location. It’s to the point where I’m considering taking my money elsewhere.

I tried to deposit at the drive through today and was very disappointed with their customer service. I was depositing 2 checks into a money market account and my three kids each had one check they wanted to put into their savings account. They received money from their grandparents for Christmas and were so excited to make a deposit into their savings accounts. My son was just diagnosed with the flu and the rest of our family is sick as well. Normally I would go into the branch, but in this case I didn’t want to spread our germs. There was one other car at the drive through at the time. The teller proceeds to tell me that they have a 2 deposit maximum through the drive through, which I understand, but again the drive through had one other car and I explained my health situation. He tells me NOPE, sorry but we only allow two deposits. He then proceeds to send me out everything I sent in and didn’t even bother to deposit even two of my transactions. I pushed the call button and he got back on the monitor and I asked why he didn’t even process two of my transactions and he then said “well, I guess I can do that if you really need me to”....Are you kidding me? Needless to say, I will be taking my deposits to a different location from now on.

Dishonest loan officers. They slander other local businesses. AFCU is supposed to be a non profit credit union and take care of their members. This branch doesn’t care about their members and want to create distrust in the community. They will lie to you about vehicles you want to get loans on, which again is crazy because they’re supposed to be taking care of their members. Make sure you do your research from the MVD and NMVTS to get truth on the cars title status you buy, because this branch will lie about titles and claim cars are branded with zero proof and then slander businesses over it. I’ve pulled all my accounts from them and so have multiple other people from my experience and others with the Manager Penny and the loan officers! They are not serving the community or doing their job! It’s sad to see such disrespect for the few businesses we have in Kaysville by AFCU. They are no longer in business to serve the members but to serve their bottom line at the expense of trying to burn other businesses reputation with false information!! Super sad to see AFCU going down hill but there are much better credit unions who are still in business to serve their members and also have better rates!! Do your own research and don’t believe such dishonest people who work at this branch!!
