Best bank in Kaysville, Utah (UT) 2024

This is the most horrendous bank we have ever worked with and has costed us many wasted hours and tears due to their next-level incredibly poor customer service and ability to perform basic bank tasks. The most recent catastrophe was when we needed to wire our down payment for our new home. They had protocols in place that were going to force us to wait 5-10 days before we could transfer the necessary funds. We found a way around this obstacle, but then their entire server went down. They are going to close now for the long weekend and we are now without a home for the Memorial Day weekend. If you wnjoy wasting your time, not being able to access your money, and terrible customer service, I would recommend America First. This is the most unfortunate and unreliable bank and I will never recommend this bank to anyone. ~Ariel
